I waited over 5 minutes just to buy one donut. There were 4 people by the drive thru area just chit-chatting. One finally came over but not to take my order. She looked at me and walked to the back. This place has very poor customer service. They can only be in business because they're in the same location of Speedway. I'll never go there again.

If I could rate this store less than 1 star, I would. We placed an online order. They claimed not to have gotten the order, and then when we showed evidence of us ordering for today at this time and place, they claimed we never placed the order correctly or that we had the wrong location. I've never met such nasty people or customer service. They wouldn't give us our money back or even just make our order on the spot. So we never got our drinks or food and they won't give us a refund. So, we have no product or no money. DD took our money and refused to give us or stuff. I'm pretty sure that's called theft.
