I waited over 5 minutes just to buy one donut. There were 4 people by the drive thru area just chit-chatting. One finally came over but not to take my order. She looked at me and walked to the back. This place has very poor customer service. They can only be in business because they're in the same location of Speedway. I'll never go there again.

If I could rate this store less than 1 star, I would. We placed an online order. They claimed not to have gotten the order, and then when we showed evidence of us ordering for today at this time and place, they claimed we never placed the order correctly or that we had the wrong location. I've never met such nasty people or customer service. They wouldn't give us our money back or even just make our order on the spot. So we never got our drinks or food and they won't give us a refund. So, we have no product or no money. DD took our money and refused to give us or stuff. I'm pretty sure that's called theft.

I go everyday to get the SAME two coffees and somehow only one person there can take simple directions? Not even the higher ups smh.

Ordered a dozen donuts that seemed to have been put together yesterday with donuts from 2 days before that. Sweaty and drippy. They all looked sad and despondent. $11 wasted $! Hard money earned literally tossed in the garbage. All of them I tossed out. Dunkin franchises will be headed for obscurity and the bleak scream of a foreboding crow if it keeps these business practices up ! I was going to bring the box of donuts into my workplace for others to enjoy. Once they see your Dunkin advertisement all over the packaging. Pretty much ensures you just lost dozens more patrons. Does Dunkin have a marketing team that is concerned about situations like this ? Or probably just a Hollywood movie star who holds a Dunkin cup for an outrageous giddy moment that does nothing for Dunkin's true base of customers. It's a giant box too that wasn't taped with sticky fingerprints all over it. Not sure how much DD employees make. But $11 for sweaty donuts on what I make is a lot.
