This Dunkin' is inside a gas station/store. Only one person behind the counter, busy with phone orders. Our wait for service (with no one in line) was so long we almost left.

Gave wrong donut and after asked for a new one the lady working at the counter refused to replace it, the staff clearly had no idea what they were doing which is crazy due to the fact that it is a fast food resturant, don’t read names, argue with customers, BURNT my food.. burnt it the ovens have timers on them and you still mess that up. Waited for 10 minutes!!! TEN MINUTES for HASHBROWS!! Someone needs to get fired. -10/10

They make the coffees and ice latte is great always a long line though so I would suggest using the mobile app. They do work hard, so be patient.

There are alot of dunkin in this area but I always go to the route 151 location because they make my coffee the best. Sandy, Mark and the crew really know how to get you in and out so you can continue your day.
