The staff are sooo rude, barely speak English, in got a bagel with cream cheese at 1pm, I won't again!! The bagel was hard on the outside, I could barely bite it... fresh? I think NOT. Not if they've been delivered in the am and sat there under a display case all day!!!

This location has the funniest and friendliest staff! We came in later in the day and the sweet girl was moping the floors, she was very kind as we walked all over her clean floor! The staff seemed to have fun and make it a good atmosphere! They also had one Stoney clover mug left!!!! Score!

Food and staff here are great. Do NOT order cream in your coffee unless you want it to be white
The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning. Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great.
The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff. I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience. Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he thought I left.
