The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning. Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great.
The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff. I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience. Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he thought I left.

It's the standard chain restaurant, but this place needs proper ventilation. I walked in and started choking on smoke, i thought I walked in during a 🔥, almost stopped, dropped, and rolled out of there.
Snacking bacon was cold as them to reheat them they said no, and that's how it is cold, frozen.

The girl working closing 9/21/24 was extremely rude i stood waiting for 30 minutes before i sent my bestfriend in to try to get her attention. Should not be alone if she cant do the job. Food was cold drink wasnt made at all till after i asked
