Literally dont know why they even ask how I want my coffee since they do it how ever they feel like anyways . Last 5 times ive come my coffee been wrong and I tip im pleasant and its an easy order. Dunkins doesn't give any good deals anyways hey get this badge on our app but we aren't gona give u anything in return. Don't even pay their workers a livable wage smh

I like this Dunkin’s the best in the area. Staff and management great. Starbuck’s is slow, bad coffee, attitude, and over priced. Dunkin’s is way better if you don’t simply need a place to work

Slowest possible service. I learned to place my order online before reaching Sagamore Bridge for an “on time” pick up.
I go to this location maybe a handful of times a year. Last 3 times I went there there was some major issues with wait time and staff understanding the customers. Today I waited 20 minutes for mobile order I put in 7 minutes prior to walking in and waiting the 20. My slip was sitting on the counter and finally someone said something to the person making food and all she said is she already made it. 5 minutes later 2nd employee tells her to make the order.. she still doesn't. Another 5 minutes later same employee says it again but then finds my order over by drive thru. About 10 people came in and got there food and left while I was standing there. It should NEVER take that long at dunks to get your frikn food!!
