one of the higher end five guys i have been to-great food and extremely open and clean. burgers here are one of a kind. although fries were not great and they did get our order numbers wrong. bathroom code was annoying, you need to buy food and use the receipt for the code which was tricky to get multiple times. nice inside as well!

I don't go to Five Guys often because it is on the higher end of the calorie spectrum and a bit pricey but it's great for an occasional splurge. This location was quicker than expected, the fries were crispy, and the employees very capable behind the counter.
When I walked in, there was no one in front of me but they had obviously just had a rush. Unfortunately, this also meant a lot of people had just passed through and left their food/trash on the assorted tables so I chose to take my food to go instead.
Overall, nice experience but look to visit during less peak times if possible. And, clean up after yourselves!

Next time check the attire of the people cooking the burgers; in FILTHY DIRTY APRONS; with Small caps that DOES NOT COVER THEIR HAIR; check your burgers for HAIR. Why would ANYONE eat at this mall restaurant when WENDYS has BURGERS a MILLION TIMES BETTER, less than 1000 ft East on Iyannough Road. Even chick-Fill-A ( more hygienic) on Enterprise is a MUCH BETTER OPTION! PEANUTS! The MOD complains about eating PEANUTS because he has to clean up the PEANUT TRASH. These guys have it all figured out, staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I ran over needing a fork because chipotle is a mess and had a nice conversation with the owner/manager. Great guy and great service helping me when I needed it, customer or not.

I went to this store to pick up an order and asked for the code to use the restroom and I was denied. I was told it's only for costumers. When I pick up an order what am I, a carrot?!?!

Standard staple fast food, but really good option to have a meal near Hyannis when you are late at night, in the middle of summer. We enjoyed it and thought the staff was really nice! Would definitely be back!

I ordered a veggie sandwich, they told me It came with veggie burguer. Is just salad, disappointed, and the sandwich was with no taste and cold. The fries were dry. horrible, I wish I had my money back
