Gone Chocolate is an experience that wakes up your sense of taste for ice cream, Sherbet, Acai which is becoming the rage.
Sundays are amazing, with killer hot fudge.
Candy galore for kids, many flavors of ice cream, quality is top drawer. The newer owner is a lovely lady, very friendly, and very informative. Not a stand out the door factory like another establishment who has become cheap on portions, Tom Thumb dish sizes.
Not here, a healthy portion on every size desired.
Home made fudge has been amazing for years, it has to be tried and many varieties as well.
So convenient in the village to enjoy inside outside or take out.
You will return many times as it is a well known staple and never disappoints.
A must try.
We went there to get hot chocolate and we were very dissapointed with the customer service and the difference between the advertisement for the drink and what we actually received. On the board they have it is marked as fluffy hot chocolate and in reality it is hot chocolate made with hot water..... no whip cream no toppings or anything. When we called them to ask for a refund the young lady that picked up could not care less that we were dissapointed with the product and we did not receive a refund or another alternative.
Amazing acai from Brazil .
Delicious candy!
Poor pay and treatment for their staff.
Regardless of the food, the staff deserve better.
The ice cream is decent. I’ve never tried the chocolate. It’s quite pricey but as expected for Osterville, and it’s the only ice cream place so they can get away with it. But after 15 years of coming here I have to say something about the attitude of the workers. They have not once ever been friendly or kind or even welcoming. Not a smile. Half the time they ignore you until they feel like it. The attitude and prices aren’t worth the convenience.
The girls that served us were both very friendly and helpful. The ice cream with all the trimmings was excellent! Plus it's a nice place to just sit and enjoy your ice cream or chocolate! It's a must place to just stop and endulge yourself!!!!
The chocolate and fudge cream are really good at this place.
Small store with 2 tables inside. Ice cream was good, not a lot of flavors. Kind of hidden from the main st.
Best açaí I’ve had around. I was very impressed with their acai presentation and great service. Very energetic people and very tasty ice cream. Can’t wait to go back

The best mix-in ice cream. Love the 'Almond Joy' flavor. Just wish their spoons weren't so wimpy, so we bring our own.
10/10 obsessed with their acai cups
I DoorDash from this place like three times a week I love it so much. The Açaí is delicious every single time and they add soooo much Nutella❤️❤️ if you guys are reading this, I love your little shop and you guys are amazing! :)))

Best Ice cream in Osterville. I love Moose Tracks and Campfire.
Also a great place to get a hostess gift! Bring some handmade chocolates to someone you love.

Chocolate peanut butter ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. The help, however, are pretty robotic and unfriendly.
