They did it again! You have to stop here. Best breakfast ever. We were here a little over a month ago, and unbelievably the waitress remembered how we like our food. i got the delicious Coconut French toast. My fiance had grilled veggies hashbrowns and grits. we split a fruit cup that was fresh and tasty. What more can I say? Ample portions, great friendly, helpful staff that pay attention to detail, and a chef that knows his stuff. A guaranteed stop when we are on the Cape. This ain't no tourist stop people it's the real deal. Thank you Island Cafe & Grill you did it again. Stop reading and go there you won't regret it.

I had the fish with shrimp. The coleslaw was also really good and I’m not big on coleslaw. Excellent place I recommend.

Best breakfast on the Cape. Coconut French toast is the favorite. Went back 3 times in 5 days with our family of 13 and everyone loved their choice. Great mix of traditional favorites but the “Island Flare” sets this place apart.
Only had lunch there once and will definitely be returning for that as well.
Cheers to Erica, Patrick and the rest of the staff for making everyone feel so welcome

My very favorite place on the Cape! Delicious food for breakfast and lunch. So many menu standouts - including coconut French toast and the Jamaican jerk chicken wrap. Erica greets you with a smile that makes you feel like family. Couldn’t recommend more highly

I recently visited Island Cafe and Grill and ordered the Jamrock steak and eggs, and I was thoroughly impressed. The grilled steak was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly to medium-well, just as I requested. The eggs, prepared over easy, were fluffy and complemented the dish wonderfully. The potatoes were another highlight, seasoned to perfection with a golden brown crunch that added great texture. Even the coffee surprised me—smooth and rich, a great accompaniment to the meal. This place is definitely a hidden gem for anyone looking for a satisfying and flavorful breakfast.

Food was OK but I waited almost an hour between ordering and eating. The waitress apologized but by the time it arrived I wasn't really in a mood to eat.
