We enjoyed our breakfast here. The wrap was a bit too spicy for us and the Cole slaw too sweet. The eggs Benedict were perfect. The coconut French toast I expected to be a bit sweeter. However if you like maple syrup, it will be better. Great that the berries compote looked like it was fresh. Good experience for good prices. We will come back!

Hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to in cap cod. When we come to Massachusetts area from New York, we always stop in to this establishment. The owners are friendly and the staff is professional and welcoming. Food is amazing and fresh! You must also try the ginger guava drink, amazing!Food service is fast as well! This is a must go to restaurant.

Great atmosphere with beach-like music playing in the background, which creates a feeling of calm. The staff are extremely personable and down to earth. The food was delicious and extremely fairly priced.

My Son and I had takeout breakfast today, $37. The meals were delicious from start to finish. If I had one recommendation, more corn beef hash please, for the hash to be the star of the plate there wasn’t much there. We will be back.

Island Cafe & Grill is the best! I have been going here since they opened a few years ago. The breakfast is the best around, very fresh and some different delicious dishes. Their lunch is very good as well, I highly recommend you stop into to try it!

We stopped at this restaurant for a quick breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. The decor looks like you are on an island somewhere. Very nice ! We were greeted in a very welcoming way. The food was outstanding especially the coconut French toast !
