My drive thru orders are often incorrect and when I return it for what I actually ordered,the person who took my order gets into a discussion with the young lady who gave it to me while I'm sitting there for my order to be corrected. Very poor customer service.

Ordered 2 famous bowls for my husband and myself to take to work for dinner. We both work overnights so i didnt look at them til later on. We got tacos and burritos to have for lunch, tacos they were soggy and all broken apart. Burritos weren't bad he said. I went to heat up bowl at work and it had 4 tiny popcorn chicken pieces in it, my husband called on his break and he had 3, And the corn was chewy, $36 really??? They really have gone down hill, won't go here again.

My boyfriend and I went there today and the service was very poor. I told the girl 3 times I wanted and extra side with a meal. My boyfriend also ordered an extra side. Neither one of us got our mashed potatoes. Her attitude was blase and the man there was only slightly better. We won't be back.

We’re spending another 2 week stay on The Cape, after 8 years there is still no Popeyes here. After giving up on KFC 25 years ago we decided we would try the one near the Hyannis Mall. Apparently KFC is trying to mimic Popeyes “2 can dine for $9.99” deal that includes 5 pieces of chicken and sides. KFC’s offer is a “4 piece Deal” for $10 with sides. We went there at 5:30 PM hoping the chicken would be fresh and hot. When we got home, 10 min. drive, chicken breasts were luke-warm and tough. The Cape needs a Popeyes to provide inexpensive good fried chicken.

Last night I ordered a 4 piece crispy chicken meal with fries. The speaker quality was very poor and I heard $14.70. I drove to the window to pay, the staff did not speak to me she just took my card and closed the window. I was on the phone when the food was handed back so did not look at my order until I got home. Instead of a 4 piece costing $14.70, they gave me a 12 piece and charged me $47.00. I only ate 2 pieces of chicken and fed one piece to my dog. I figured I would save the rest for the next day. In the middle of the night, both myself and my dog woke up vomiting from food poisoning. This went on for 3 hours. It was awful.
I have now trashed all the remaining food. I will never be eating there again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience.
Poor technology, poor customer service, over charging and food poisoning. Worst KFC ever.

Terrible service. They’ll make you wait 20 mins in the drive thru and then when you get to the window tell you to come inside knowing it’s closed and then proceed to tell you to go back in line for your order. Get a grip.

Horrible customer service. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy online. There was no gravy in the bag and when I went in to ask for it the woman tried to say she put it in bag and when I said it wasn’t in their she walked away and didn’t talk to me and started doing other tasks. Then a man put the gravy in a bag didnt approach the counter and tossed the hot gravy on counter. Never coming back again. Lacks even the slightest bit of common courtesy.
Did door dash with this branch and F&B was great, chicken was actually fried extra crunchy "amazing" fries were good. Door dash team was pleasant too

Make sure you have napkins in your car because when you park somewhere to eat your KFC lunch , you won’t find any in your bag! Also make sure you have a plastic fork in your car’s glove compartment because when you get the messy korean bbq chicken nuggets , you won’t get a fork to go with it. Apparently, the drive-through employees can’t figure this out yet ?

Please update the menu on Google Maps. I was excited about getting a $5 combo in 2024 but decided not to order because the app sucked.2 star because I didn't get far enough to step foot in the place. It seemed okay when I went a few years ago I guess.
