Drove 25 min to pick up dinner and the food was fresh but left all biscuits out of my order and over half the chicken was extra crispy when I ordered original recipe
My drive thru orders are often incorrect and when I return it for what I actually ordered,the person who took my order gets into a discussion with the young lady who gave it to me while I'm sitting there for my order to be corrected. Very poor customer service.
Ordered 2 famous bowls for my husband and myself to take to work for dinner. We both work overnights so i didnt look at them til later on. We got tacos and burritos to have for lunch, tacos they were soggy and all broken apart. Burritos weren't bad he said. I went to heat up bowl at work and it had 4 tiny popcorn chicken pieces in it, my husband called on his break and he had 3, And the corn was chewy, $36 really??? They really have gone down hill, won't go here again.

My boyfriend and I went there today and the service was very poor. I told the girl 3 times I wanted and extra side with a meal. My boyfriend also ordered an extra side. Neither one of us got our mashed potatoes. Her attitude was blase and the man there was only slightly better. We won't be back.

We’re spending another 2 week stay on The Cape, after 8 years there is still no Popeyes here. After giving up on KFC 25 years ago we decided we would try the one near the Hyannis Mall. Apparently KFC is trying to mimic Popeyes “2 can dine for $9.99” deal that includes 5 pieces of chicken and sides. KFC’s offer is a “4 piece Deal” for $10 with sides. We went there at 5:30 PM hoping the chicken would be fresh and hot. When we got home, 10 min. drive, chicken breasts were luke-warm and tough. The Cape needs a Popeyes to provide inexpensive good fried chicken.

Last night I ordered a 4 piece crispy chicken meal with fries. The speaker quality was very poor and I heard $14.70. I drove to the window to pay, the staff did not speak to me she just took my card and closed the window. I was on the phone when the food was handed back so did not look at my order until I got home. Instead of a 4 piece costing $14.70, they gave me a 12 piece and charged me $47.00. I only ate 2 pieces of chicken and fed one piece to my dog. I figured I would save the rest for the next day. In the middle of the night, both myself and my dog woke up vomiting from food poisoning. This went on for 3 hours. It was awful.
I have now trashed all the remaining food. I will never be eating there again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience.
Poor technology, poor customer service, over charging and food poisoning. Worst KFC ever.
