Kilwins Ice Cream, Chocolates and Fudge

Our family was excited to enjoy some delicious ice cream, the staff was extremely unhelpful, lots of flavors seemed unusual, I was asking what they were but the staff just kept pushing us to order even though there was no line, when we asked for a sample we were told they were out of sampling spoons for the day, which is ridiculous. For 8.5$ for a single scoop I want to know if Ill like it. Dont waste your time. We went to Cape Cod Creamery instead and had a wonderful experience.

The best fudge, chocolate, and ice cream on Cape Cod!

Kilwin's is my favorite place to indulge in sweets on Cape Cod.

The fudge is absolutely addictively delicious.

I cannot stay away from the fudge. Love that they had a special, buy 2 get the 3rd free.

Definitely the sweetest place in town...

Parking: Plenty of parking in the public parking lot behind the store, no charge.

Super creamy and not too sweet, excellent balanced ice cream. I would usually avoid a flavor like cake batter expecting it to be too rich. but my gf went for it and it was amazing! It had all the right flavor without being overwhelming. Staff was kind and helpful.

Kilwins in Hyannis is a must-visit for any ice cream, fudge, and chocolate lover. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors, all delicious, and their homemade fudge and chocolate-covered caramel coolies are to die for. The store itself is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. But what really sets Kilwins apart is the incredible aroma of freshly made waffle cones that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. It's an irresistible invitation to indulge in a sweet treat!

Very good service, staff was very attentive. Price was reasonable and the ice cream is the best in the area! My party of 6 enjoyed all the different flavors but my toasted coconut was incredibly tasty! I also took home an ice cream cake which was also very good. If you’re in the area and looking for some good sweets, definitely stop in to Kilwins.

The icecream and caramel apples were okay compared to other locations down south. I noticed the apples were a lot smaller which is a shame because they are the same price. I will say the shop is a lot cleaner and well kept than most locations so that’s a plus.

I know the busy season is starting but when the employee seems upset to have question asked, it doesn't feel like they want you there. My wife had a simple question if they made a certain type of candy that she couldn't find. The employee huffed and said no. Defiantly won't be back.
