Today for several times I called to try to order and leaving me waiting for almost 20 minutes on the first call, I hung up and called again where I said I couldn't wait any longer because I had already been waiting for about 20 minutes. The employee simply said he was very busy and hung up the phone.
I love all the food in the restaurant and it was one of my favorite places but now I will definitely never come back again because of such ignorance and lack of respect with customer !!!!

Can I give it more than five stars? The best burgers that I have had in quite some time, perfectly cooked. The fries were so amazing. We had the fried Mozzarella it was so delicious. The wait staff was very friendly. Would definitely go again. Very reasonable prices.

My wife, daughter and I were in there this evening for dinner. We come to the Cape every October for the last 6 years and KKatie’s Burger Bar is a must visit every trip. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly. The bartender was super nice and friendly to our 14 month old daughter. Every restaurant should strive to have the level of customer service and friendliness that this KKatie’s Burger Bar provides. A very welcoming atmosphere!

Excellent place for dinner, very friendly and helpful waitstaff, Nice atmosphere with tv’s to watch sports games. Delicious burgers.
We've never eaten in but we get takeout when family comes to visit and the food is always really good. They accept requests for substitutions on toppings, cheese, etc and always get the orders right. I don't eat beef but always find something on the menu and they have two completely vegetarian patty options (homemade black bean and impossible burger) which are both tasty
