I'm allergic to ketchup. I only order a Double cheeseburger with no ketchup. 3 times in a row I get a mcdouble that's missing an extra slice of cheese and only extra ketchup. what language do I have to order in? The order is displayed on 3+ screens No ketchup, the printed receipt says no ketchup. The drive through clerk checks the receipt and takes my cash and what do I get. only extra ketchup.
