I used the app to pre order, to save time. When I arrived the order was not yet started. The restaurant wasn't busy. I was told to pull my car around and wait. The car n Behind me got the same treatment. I won't be ordering through the app again.

McDonald's in general is too expensive. A large fry alone is like $5 - $6, The company needs to come back to Earth. This McDonald's is a small it just was recently redone and remodeled. It's busy cuz it's in Hyannis. They do a decent job on food accuracy and have the double drove thru lane. The problem is the corporation itself. It's not like they have newer and better stuff it's same old and the price is have skyrocketed. It's ridiculous. It's as much as going to a pizza place now

Most annoying moment at this McDee’s: I tried the new, ‘better’ Snack wrap. Started to drive aware but stopped to look ‘cus I’ve been disappointed before. I saw a wrapper with name Snack Wrap in the bag, took a look at it and it had big sticker on it that said ‘Sausage’. What wd you do? I turned around to exchange it. I didn’t understand their explanation, but turns out they used any handy sticker to keep the wrapper from unraveling. Any sticker and why didn’t I agree it was a great idea? I can only blame poor training and poor management and not the worker who, to me, was trying her best. I got my money back and left.

We wanted to order food, but after 10 PM they only work through the drive-thru. We walked up to the drive-thru, but they told us, “You’re not in a car.” What difference does it make if we’re in a car or not—we just want to order food. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to cook for us. Even though, in fact, they’re supposed to be open until midnight

The girl running the drive through this afternoon and pretty much every afternoon on the week days is super rude and slow.
I’ve only come here three times, all in the past week and each time it was her and she pretends that she can’t hear your order, talks over you and than when you pull up to the window to order, rather than apologizing and being friendly, she has a horrible attitude and tries blaming you for “not talking loud enough”.
I’ve never had this issue before and I’m not going to yell at the drive through window, also never coming here again unless I really need to.
