Ordered 2 double hamburgers, value menu has 2 double cheese buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, was charged a higher price even though I didn't want cheese and they still put cheese on it. I payed more money for something I didn't want . I've seen enough movies not to take my food back to ask for what I ordered. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame me

It has got to be one of the worst place to order food from! They have no customer service what’s so ever in the night! This place just sucks and is poorly staffed! This is like my 3rd bad experience with them…I went through the drive thru and they ignored me and they had their headsets off…and was so rude on top of us waiting 30 minutes for them to take our orders…then finally they did and you could seen them playing inside there and it’s just so wild at nights. They deserve better management!
At night this place is the worst. If you want to wait ten minutes just for someone to greet you to take your order, sitting at the screen. It's happened countless times, just to see them all standing around talking when you pull up. You guys need to get it together here.
