We wanted to order food, but after 10 PM they only work through the drive-thru. We walked up to the drive-thru, but they told us, “You’re not in a car.” What difference does it make if we’re in a car or not—we just want to order food. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to cook for us. Even though, in fact, they’re supposed to be open until midnight

came here and they didn’t accept my order because I was on BIKE. Couldn’t believe that they don’t accept orders only because I don’t own a car, terrible experience, hope the drive thru operator will be fired, because the dine in option already was closed, I wanted to give order on bike

The girl running the drive through this afternoon and pretty much every afternoon on the week days is super rude and slow.

I’ve only come here three times, all in the past week and each time it was her and she pretends that she can’t hear your order, talks over you and than when you pull up to the window to order, rather than apologizing and being friendly, she has a horrible attitude and tries blaming you for “not talking loud enough”.

I’ve never had this issue before and I’m not going to yell at the drive through window, also never coming here again unless I really need to.

This is my worst McDonald’s experience. Nobody spoke English they point to the screens for me to order won’t take it in person and when I was asking for ketchup, after receiving my order, they pretend not to hear me it doesn’t feel like you’re in America.

This place RUINED me and my friends. We wanted McDonald’s so bad and we got there right on time - before closing - and they refused us service. So upsetting and it looked like staff was hoarding snack wraps so. Very upset.

Unfortunately, my experience at this fast food restaurant was extremely negative. Despite the sign on the door stating that the place closes at 10 PM, I arrived around 9:30 PM and the restaurant was already closed. There were employees inside, but they simply ignored my presence, not opening the door or making any visual contact. This happened on several occasions, always before the announced closing time. Additionally, the drive-thru service is limited to cars, making it impossible to place an order on foot. This is not only inconvenient but also dangerous, as you end up standing in a roadway where you shouldn’t be. A disappointing experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2 double hamburgers, value menu has 2 double cheese buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, was charged a higher price even though I didn't want cheese and they still put cheese on it. I payed more money for something I didn't want . I've seen enough movies not to take my food back to ask for what I ordered. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame me
