I usually ask to have my #1 made fresh and I wait on the side, and this is the only store that gets it done right every time. I have to say they are attentive, friendly and hard workers. Today Alexandre Focas was extremely politely taking my order and even asked if I wanted extra napkins, ketcup or mayo. That is a service that sometimes we don’t receive at a high-end restaurant in Boston. Great job!!!

Very difficult to order from Drive up due to language barrier, no representative at the pay window, had to drive around twice. Disheveled people loitering

The only reason we ate McDonald's was because we rolled into town late and other than fast food it seems all sit down restaurants close early in the area. At 9pm all exterior lights and the drive thru menu were off. Ordering on the mobile app was fast and convenient however we had to wait 15+ minutes for our order. Lots of nonchalant employees just chatting away including the manager.

I must say that today was wonderful. The service was good and indeed when The young man with braces forgot to put ketchup in the back, he came rushing with them. Thank you. I have been disappointed many times by this location I can see great effort and changes with service here. One, the sweet was horrible, but today on the 12/12/2023 they got it right. The sweet tea was excellent. The staff that got the measurement right. Thank you?

Bought one filet of fish and a large french fry... Enjoyed the fries but the buns on the sandwich were burned somewhat...Not really complaining but was just unexpected that a cook would allow it to be used ... So the bun was crispy ? which is unusual for that particular sandwich... Again not really complaining just surprised it got thru and the reason I gave 4 stars for food..

As far as food, it's McDonald's so you get what you pay for. It's basically a homeless shelter too, lots of homeless people inside just sitting in booths. Service was terrible, I was having trouble with one of the order kiosks inside and they did not give me a refund or try to help. If you are going to go, order at cashier or online, kiosks are very unreliable.
Clean. Good, hot and fast food. Good deals. It's McDonald's. No need to explain. ??? and more. Free wifi.

I am truly disappointed in this store. I continue to complain and I continue to write reviews. I even started bringing the food back. They never get the order right! I asked for Sausage Biscuit Extra Cheese, what did I get Egg, Cheese, and bacon on an english muffin. I was rushing on my way to work. I am now at work and now cannot eat breakfast because they got my order wrong and I cannot have egg or bacon. I cannot leave the building once I am at work. Thank you again for taking my money and letting me not eat. Is there anyone there that cares about people not just the job and money. Frustrated in Hyannis!!

I asked for a filet a fish with tartar sauce on the side and no cheese. When I got the order, they STILL added the tartar sauce to the fish after I mentioned to 3 people, SEVEN times, I wanted the tartar sauce on the side! The fries were lukewarm too. Also, the amount of homeless people hanging inside AND outside is an ongoing thing. I'd rather drive to Yarmouth.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for bad food while crackheads argue about the half a puff left on the cigarette butt they found on the ground then this is the place for you!
