Person working the register couldn’t speak English, asked for no onions 3 times and still got them. They also messed up the order of the person in front of me and had a big deal with the manager. The ordering machines were down so had no other options. The food was some of the poorest I’ve had from McDonald’s, sloppily put together and cold. Not worth the money.

I'm afraid Wendy's customer, so their chicken nuggets had no flavor, the fries limp and tasteless. I used the $1,00 10 ☆piece nugget deal, small frie and drink. Over $6.00 with tax. A Wendy's $5,00 biggie bag is constantly- juicy Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, hot, crisp potatoe-tasting salty fries, 4 chicken nuggets that taste like chicken and a custom mix soft drink! Guess I'll stay a loyal Wendy's customer.

I go here 3X a week, food always good with exception of fries, either spot on or horrible. My biggest complaint and I’m Tired of it, is if I ask ask for hot mustard give it to me or tell me you you are out, don’t just put honey mustard or sweet and sour. This Happens too much. 4 out of last 4 times this happened.

Not fun like the old days. Why any kid wants this, I don't get it. The self service kiosk is confusing and takes too long to navigate. It is empty inside, too antiseptic and bland looking. Also, the ketchup is hidden behind the counter, you have to ask for it. Burger King is a better choice. Lastly, the drive thru is slow as molasses. Ray Kroc is turning in his grave. Not his "Speedy service!"

I sat in drive through behind multiple people starting at 11:35 pm the last person to order ordered a hamburger with extra onions and whatever else I pulled up to the order box and they said hold on please and then never responded again I sat there and sat there saying hello repeatedly and then your store turned off all the lights at exactly 11:53 p.m. that is ridiculous while I was still in drive-through waiting to order I spent almost 20 minutes for them to just shut off the lights and leave and never take my order I will never go to McDonald's on Route 132 in Hyannis again. Absolutely horrible service I tried to call the store while I sat in drive through and it went to a fax machine after ringing multiple times if this is how you treat your customers you're not worth my business!!!

Staff were not friendly. Hardly any customers in the restaurant. Table service was ordered(with tent number). They shouted out the table number to go and collect the order. It took a long time for the food to even be ready. The burger didn't look or taste fresh. Wouldn't recommend this place.
