Almost every time I come here I have to wait, for what I dnt know because the fries are ALWAYS cold... I order burgers a certain way for my picky kids, after working 12+ hr shift since 4am at my own job, I just wanna get home and forget to check the food... burgers have the correct tags but its like they messed up and wiped off the condiments and THREW in packaging have everything on them, very sloppy requested PLAIN burgers.. one just lettuce..got everything on em with lettuce...so damn annoying going here

Got two cones and was so disappointed in the serving size. Looked like an infant size. Icecram is supposed to make you happy, but after 3 licks it was gone and just felt dissatisfied and ripped off.

So frustrating I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant. In customer service the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT even if there not.. I used my mobile app for a medium combo meal that said 6.49. So I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal.. got to window they said it only covers a double cheeseburger meal or 6 piece nugget meal mind you the picture shows a Big Mac meal..and my husband used his app and got the Big Mac meal for 6.49. they refused to help me or even give me any money back. The manager was ignorant ! To top it off the food is cold. Cooperate needs to take action I’m looking at all these “recent” reviews and they seem to all be on topic. McDonald’s is expensive enough. So we use the app to save & then there’s a problem with that. You shouldn’t advertise something that’s false. So my 6.49 meal ended up costing me 16 dollars and I paid it because it was already made . My husband went in and said he would like a refund because it was falsely advertised and was told to contact cooperate. Again I’m a store manager we do refunds.. that’s not a cooperate issue. Hoping to hear from someone to have this resolved !

Good Food but they should change the oil more often, fast service which could be faster with more employees I see many times the same person that takes my order in the drive thru gets the money park me make the bag and bring outside as well taking too long, they are mostly friendly, they make a good job tho.Kid-friendliness: happy meals make the kids happier.
