Called ahead for beach sandwiches and they were unreal. Amazing sandwiches with fresh bread and all the toppings. Loved that the pickle and chips come with it as well. Also there chocolate chip cookies were so soft and delicious.

WOW! I may have found the best roast beef sandwich in all of Cape Cod! Came in here today for the first time and had an outstanding experience. Both my sandwich and the service were outstanding. A great, quaint spot to sit down for lunch or grab a sandwich to go. I'll definitely be back!

Solid sandwich’s delivered with efficiency. We ate in didn’t have a real deli vibe. Would grab and go to eat these again. Easy parking lot near by. Bread was 10/10

Huge freshly made sandwiches, using good quality ingredients, quickly.
You'll have to wait for your order which is only a sign that they're making it fresh so don't worry.
You go up to the counter to order and you get a little buzzer thing that goes off when your order is ready.
You won't need to eat until dinner time after eating one of these sandwiches for breakfast.
(And they also sell beer and wine!)

Ocean Street is a fine place to grab a sandwich on your way to the beach. Our food was filling and fresh, made right on the spot. Unfortunately, this place is pretty pricey, and we waited for our food in silence for about 10 minutes. Ambience could use a little work.
Fantastic, hefty sandwiches. It takes some time, but they are very clear about the wait. Plenty of seating.

Fast and friendly service with delicious food. I highly recommend takeout if the weather is good since it's only 4min walk from a beautiful park to eat at. My partner loved his ham sandwich and I loved that they had a tasty falafel salad.
