Ive only ordered takeout here so I cant speak for the in person experience. I had to leave a 5 star review because me and my fiance have been disappointed by every single restaurant we have tried in Hyannis and we have tried at least 20 over the last 3 weeks. Yet a chain restaurant, olive garden, was the one that made us actually say this is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Apparently since the last time I was here, management has changed! Sean, the server was most polite and professional. Answered all the questions posed. Quick with wit and unassuming. Great food from the kitchen. Returned to the table often but not hovering. This Olive Garden has 5 over my previous 3. Nice job.

Short on servers would not even seat me, however I held the door for an elderly women coming in behind me and she got sat right away. When I brought that up she said a table had just opened up ! Terrible customer service.I didn’t want to burden them with my business being so short handed so I wentelsewhere.
