Well it's a Panera bread what can I say!? Staff is good the times I've been in there and the store has been pretty clean. I'm a real big fan of the French onion soup. Normally when I go to olive garden it is specifically for the French onion soup and that hunk of bread they throw in the bag. The soup here hasn't let me down yet so I will continue to buy my French onion soup. Thank you for the French onion soup.

One of the employees, I think he is the manager, has the same voice of the Radio host, Jim on Boston Public Radio at the GBH. Great service and lots of food. I'm literally stuffed after ordering my weekly Grilled Chicken Avocado BLT on Saturdays. I would highly recommend this place.

I never leave reviews but I had to give some credit on this. I work in retail as a general manager of a clothing store and these days customer service has gone out the window but Steve is amazing he is always so friendly and helpful. Every time I have come in I always get greeted with a smile. He sign me up for rewards and always let me know what saving I can get. It's just need to go somewhere and have someone be kind. Keep up the great work!!!

The Braintree Panera is way better than my work, Panera in Boston. My favorite is using the app, so my food is ready to pick up when I want on the spot, esp after a hike at Blue Hills down the road. The tuna on sourdough with all the veggie add-on is my favorite treat after a hike on my way home.
