I called for pickup and the order was ready when I arrived. The staff was busy and quick as five other people waiting. Once home, I was looking forward to a great pizza, but the crust was so dry and like cardboard. It was not overcooked, but hard and tasteless. So disappointed.

Delivery was fine but sausage ricotta pizza inedible due to red pepper flakes. It was as if whole container was dumped on pizza. And we like spice but this was ridiculous!

I called an order in for delivery. The lady told me it would be 20 minutes to a half hour. It ended up being an hour and 15 minutes and I called back and complained after the pizza was delivered cold they said oh sorry deliveries are very busy when you deliver a cold pizza too cold pizzas.
Parking: Have your drivers park on the side or outback not in the only three parking spaces that are for Papa Ginos You can get into the business if your employee from the back road

Missing items form order and could not get anyone on the phone - had to drive to store to talk to manager
Called to order pick up, phone rang for almost 10+ min before I gave up and downloaded that app to order. Don’t order from here all the time so didn’t want to download the app. Went to pick up my phone and saw 1 of 7 employee hit the big toe button on the phone. So do they not take phone orders anymore because then it should be advertised and not just ignored!!
