I ordered on line at 445p.m. I got there at 520 pm and I was told it just went in Had to wait another 30 min. Very disappointed as I was late for a meeting.

Let me start by saying that this whole situation was not acceptable at all. I went into your establishment to order 4 lg pizzas 2 lg breadsticks and a catering order of wings. I went into about 1pm and wanted it to be delivered by 6:15 pm that evening. Melissa the manager on said absolutely it will be ready and be there.
I had about 20 family members come over and at 630 I called the restaurant to see where the order was and she said it should be pulling up shortly so ok great! I live in an apartment so I went to the door to wait for it. 15 minutes later no order I call back again and she no w says to be I don’t know where he is I gave him the order at 6:02 so now you remember what time you gave it to him because not 15 minutes ago you said he should be pulling up shortly. Well 15 more minutes go by and I called again only to be hung up on this time. At this point I’m furious because I have a house full of kids and adults who want to eat. I could NOT feed them that food!
I am appalled that you would employ someone who treats your customers like they are the problem so careless, rude, beyond unprofessional. All I wanted was to have a wonderful birthday for my son with family and I couldn’t even get that because I couldn’t feed them that food and had to spend more money somewhere else money that I didn’t plan on spending.
Papa Gino’s needs to do better than this because I will absolutely NEVER order food again EVER!
