Tried to order multiple times and whoever picked up the phone on 1/21 at 5:38-6pm is very unprofessional and should be working a different position. You are in an English speaking country… you should not be picking up the phone in America if you cannot speak English. I called 8x and whoever the girl that picked up the phone is answered and when I state what I wanted they hang up. It got to a point where they recognized my number and hang up immediately every time. I am extremely disappointed. Does Ronny’s want business from Americans or not ? You can’t have a business in America and not be welcoming to Americans. This is not the first time it happened… it also happened to many of my friends.

I just don't give it a zero because unfortunately there's no way. They forgot my order, they made it in a hurry (1 hour), in addition to it being raw, nothing came of what I had ordered. It's a shame, I ate it for the first time at a friend's house and loved it, but after trying it a second time, I'll never buy anything from this place again.

Without a doubt, they heat up frozen pizza. Lack of adequate English skills made communication very difficult. Would NOT recommend.
Update: they called me an hour AFTER I picked up the pizza, telling me it was ready to be picked up. Complete Shit-Show of an operation.

Today (July 13) was the height of incompetence. I called to place an order (pizza and wings) at 9:02 pm, they told me it would be ready in 35/40 minutes, I was already aware of the delay, I arrived at 9:50 pm, I gave my name, and the questions came: “ could it be in another name? Could someone else have come to get it?” I inform once again my name and what my order was, one of the attendants goes to the kitchen, goes back to look at the delivery counter, goes back to the kitchen, there I already knew everything was wrong, so the girl informs me that there was a problem and that my order was not registered.
Returning home my phone rings and the girl asks me to leave the house to pick up my order, as the delivery man was in front, I inform her that I would pick up the order, then she asks if my order was shrimp, I said no, it was pizza and that it had not been prepared, she informs that the call was a mistake and hangs up the phone.
I return home on Saturday night empty-handed.
It's a lot of incompetence, unfortunately 1 star in the review because there's no way to give anything less.
If you don't have the competence to serve the entire public, limit the service and do it with excellence.
