No one speaks or understands English! Was trying to pickup an order, told the lady my name 3 times. Even saw the bag with my name and tried pointing it out. I think then she was trying to get my credit card! It's prepaid 🤦♂️

Didn’t know if she was just quiet or didn’t won't to talk, she left my drink at one end I didn't know she made and food on the other open, asked if she had a tip jar or won't a tip she said no so I don't really know how to take it so I got my food and left

They made my order wrong, when I spoke up (I wasnt mad I understand mistakes happen) three girls looked confused and the girl who took my order tried to gasslight me into thinking I WAS WRONG… I know what I ordered… they go to remake it and already screwed it up again by putting the wrong rice in and when I spoke up (again) she goes “oh my god” corrects it and walks into the back. No appology… The food it ok but service is horrendous. You are better of eating at the Poke Station or Thai place over this place. Will not recommend…

When you enter the hyannis mall food court their is only one stall that will cook your food in front of you so at least it's semi fresh compared to sitting under a heat lamp to get a dehydrated chunk of mystery meat. The only dish worth getting here is the teriyaki chicken, highly recommend getting the extra meat to make the portion reasonable for a grown adult, skip any of their fried sides and avoid the shrimp and beef.

Old man Jenkins on the grill gave me the tiniest scoop of sauce today and that royally pissed me off , usually their pretty good but the dude from 10,000 BC gotta go
