We went the 2nd day it was open and despite it being very busy, the staff did everything possible to make it a great experience. There was even a patron who passed out in line and the manager took charge of the situation calling the ambulance and caring for this person.
The food is great, service is great and staff is very friendly.

I was in last evening on your 2nd day open and thought it maybe was going to be a mad house so I wanted to write and say what a wonderful experience placing my to go order. The staff were all so calm and pleasant and efficient! yes there was a line but moved quickly and the food came out fast and the family really enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff.

The worse grand opening I ever saw! What biz only gives out a meager few beach towels, without a purchase. Then made little children cry because they had no towels to give and the wait line was over 50 mins. Surely you could have been better prepared food wise with people waiting for several months fir this big disappointment. What a shame a real shame.
I know all Shake Shack locations are supposed to be the same, but this one is way better than the others! The customer service was outstanding—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The burger tasted super fresh, and the milkshake was delicious. Give them a try you won’t regret it!
