In the competition for thickest shake this one was physically undrinkable until it melted (after I finished my meal). Flavor was good, onion rings were good, burger was meh. Some might say juicy, others might say soggy, burger flavor was lacking, bacon flavor was also lacking, and no crunch/crispness. Very pricey. My first experience at Shake Shack: adequate at best.

The burgers are really good and the place is run well, it’s quiet and simple. Also worth noting, you can do your entire order off the tablets instead of interacting with anyone in person. Very pleased

The girl packing the food was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I called out that a burger was missing from our order. She proceeded to hand us the wrong one, and then had an attitude making the correct burger and did not say anything when she handed it to me. She needs to be taught better customer experience with a customer facing role like that.

I change my mind. At first they closed early but we came back the next day and the staff was amazing. There is one guy who I didn’t catch his name but he’s very positive outgoing and hardworking. Super friendly guy and make me want to come back another time. Best worker and guy I’ve ever seen. Great experience

Shake Shack never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled incredible and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the ShackBurger and crinkle-cut fries, and honestly — perfection. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, with that signature Shake Shack sauce that takes it to another level. The fries were crispy and golden, and the milkshake? Thick, creamy, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
Everything came out hot, fresh, and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable with a great vibe. You can really tell they care about quality and service.
I can’t recommend Shake Shack enough — it’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves good food and good energy. Definitely a 5-star experience all around! 🍔🍟🥤

The French onion burger wasn't bad but the fries were cold, the grilled cheese sandwich was the size of a hockey puck and my coffee shake didn't taste like coffee at all, it was more like a tan vanilla shake. Definitely not worth the 48.00 The staff however, was super friendly.
