Shake Shack never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere has that perfect casual-yet-modern vibe. I got the chance to meet Kendall one of the employees and he was so sweet and kind.

Shake Shack never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled incredible and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the ShackBurger and crinkle-cut fries, and honestly — perfection. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, with that signature Shake Shack sauce that takes it to another level. The fries were crispy and golden, and the milkshake? Thick, creamy, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
Everything came out hot, fresh, and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable with a great vibe. You can really tell they care about quality and service.
I can’t recommend Shake Shack enough — it’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves good food and good energy. Definitely a 5-star experience all around! 🍔🍟🥤

The French onion burger wasn't bad but the fries were cold, the grilled cheese sandwich was the size of a hockey puck and my coffee shake didn't taste like coffee at all, it was more like a tan vanilla shake. Definitely not worth the 48.00 The staff however, was super friendly.

One of the best Shake Shack I ate. I've been there 3 times during my visit and all were fine. I don't know why it has low ranking there but definitely deserve more.
I came around 1 PM on a Saturday. The place wasn’t too busy, but seating was hard to find. The garlic Parmesan fries were good, but the burgers were awful. I tried the French Onion Soup Burger and it was so greasy I could barely eat it. My daughter’s plain double cheeseburger was also greasy, burnt, and slid right out of the soggy bun.
The milkshakes were the only highlight. Tipping through the computer felt weird, and when our food arrived it was just set down with no greeting or guidance.
It was really disappointing and I won’t be back.

Today I made an order for me and my wyfe. Mine was a Double Smoke Shake with crispy onions and the onions were missing. My wife asked a Single Smoke Shake with gluten free bread and the bread came almost frozen. There was just a few people in there. That's unacceptable

The most disappointing fast food meal I’ve had in a long time. After a day of running around at work i would’ve eaten a burger out of the trash- but every item in my order was messed up. Bacon avocado burger had a sliver of avocado was literally dripping grease, bacon cheese fries had no bacon and a glob of flavorless cheese, and my cherry limeade tasted like the bottom of the dish bin, or when ice melts at the bottom of your drink, so watered down and no flavor at all. This is the second time I’ve been here and been thoroughly disappointed. However, the staff is incredibly friendly, I watched a guy help a not so nice older couple at the self checkout with a smile. So two stars instead of one, if you’re expecting a good fast food burger this ain’t it especially not for $30!!!
