Starbuck latte is the best

I love love love loveeeeeee this Starbucks location. It’s hands down the best on Cape Cod and consistently has been. The staff is so nice and accommodating but the best is Colby. They always put a smile on my face and make the most fire drinks ever. They always hit. Today my classic matcha order wasn’t filled completely and Colby saw that I was slightly disappointed and offered to top it off. Also my friends said their drinks were the best and that they also love Colby. There’s simply no better place to get a matcha.

We came here to have a chai latte and work for a bit. The place is not suited for that. It is incredible noisy and the internet did not work properly. The chai latte was so sweet that we drank less than half of it. It was not worth the stop.

Extremely slow service!

The customer service was awful. The male barista was nice and polite but the female barista was passive aggressive and quite unhelpful. It was the first among the hundreds of times I've been at Starbucks that I found a rude employee. I'm certainly not returning to that specific location

Colby and Hillary made me the best drink ever!!!! Best staff i have ever been acomadated by. I loved my drink and will be coming back frequently just for the amazing charm of this staff!!!! 10/10 stars And Jesse the manager on duty I hope I see you when I come back!!!

This store is an example of why Starbucks has recently suffered problems with their customer base. Long, very long lines slowed down by understaffing. Then two weeks ago I went in to buy a drink and a pound of ground coffee but their grinder was down. That was ok things happen but I waited in a long line only to be told they couldn't grind the coffee. A simple sign on the door would have saved me time. But I returned today and after two weeks, their grinder hadn't been replaced. Again, I got that news after waiting in a long slow line as someone at the counter waited on customers and did all the food prep. Once again, a simple sign on the front door announcing that the grinder was not working would have saved me time and would have preserved me as a customer. But now, I will never shop there again.

Expensive for what you get but it's Starbucks can't really say much.Espresso was good, could have been hotter but no mistakes in the order. I liked how the order was packaged it's clear that they were trying to minimize it spilling in transit which was really nice.

I was so impressed with this Starbucks! My local Starbucks have been falling flat on my coffee order but I was on a business trip and stopped in here and they nailed it! My coffee was perfect.

Nothing special, small seating area, fairly bland atmosphere, plenty of parking and good coffee

It's expensive but they make your coffee right!! I love to treat myself to Starbucks and I'm so glad you guys deliver here!!! ? my drink is delicious ?
