The place is very neat and clean. The staff are courteous and always change their gloves, ensuring good hygiene. They also make delicious Subway sandwiches. Overall, a great experience!
I had the 6 inch Ultimate BMT and my son had the teriyaki chicken with the works on it!
Efficient, friendly, competent and clean is how I would describe this Subway. One of the best experiences I have had at subway in quite a while. My friend and I came in to get a salad for a hike we were about to go on and my friend was shocked how much better this store was than the typical subway these days.
I usually go to a different one that's close to my house so I have never gone to this location but when you order off uber eats it sends it to this one, they don't care at all about your order i have ordered delivery 2 times and tonight will be the last, you order specific veggies on the subs who cares they throw whatever they feel like, my kids sub came chock full and I mean packed with red onions both times I ordered all of our subs did but we adults can deal with it but the kids you pick them out and miss one and then they don't want to eat anymore, not sure about you but when I was a kid raw onions definitely weren't my jam so I can't blame them! You need to pay attention to what people put on their selections also we put toasted and the bread not only seemed under cooked but was not toasted at all! The price of food these days we would appreciate a little more consideration on our order, $100 down the drain two times 😡

She toasted the meet off the sandwich, forgot the cheese, never Toasted the flatbread or cheese, gave me two slices of pepperoni and ham, 3 green peppers, 3 black olives, 2 cucumbers, tried to cut my sandwich in half despite it being a 6" and I never asked her to. She couldn't manage to get the knife through it so she just tore it open with her hands. It was most pathetic excuses for a sandwich I've seen in my life. (Also doesn't a BMT have pepperoni ham, AND salami?) If I remembered her name id mention it because she definitely needs some retraining, if she ever got any to begin with.

Seems they don’t care about pick-up or door dash orders because they always add the wrong ingredients or don’t include the correct ingredients. They only care when you’re actually watching them make your sandwich. Instead of focusing on quality they rely on the customer being the crutch to support their broken processes. And if the customer isn’t physically watching at the store they ALWAYS get it wrong 100%.

My recent experience left me incredibly disappointed with their customer service. After placing an online order for a work meeting, I needed to adjust the pick-up time due to a medical emergency. Upon calling the restaurant within minutes of placing the order, I was met with rude dismissal from the staff member who refused to accommodate my request.Upon arrival at the store, I overheard employees openly mocking the interaction I had with them, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. While timing constraints may have limited their flexibility, the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and brand representation is unacceptable.Overall, my experience was characterized by poor customer service and disrespectful behavior from staff members. It raises serious concerns about the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
No one was there, waited and finally someone showed up but disappeared again. Why be open if the employees don't work?

The teriyaki chicken barely had any sauce. I'd prefer mayonnaise for chicken salad. There was only 1 Italian herb and cheese roll left..I didn't eat it all..The girl did a good job.She was alone and had called in orders as well.

Didn't have a decent amount of veggies
You know what to expect at Subway for the most part. The food good, the service good. The only thing on the bad side was no bathroom available to use. Ownership can do better.
Staff is a tad rude. The amount of items they give you now is half what it used to be
Very tasty salad with pecan nuts in syrup, crab cake, tomato soup, the menu is very varied.
