Taco bell has serious service problems. The staff is rude the orders are wrong and why are all the lights out at night? Is that so people think they are closed? It's a little scary pulling into a dark parking lot, only to not be greeted until you say hello are you open and they just bark back "hang on!!" Aren't there standards for these chain restaurants? Who is running this place????

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE !!!Went there because that's were my son wanted to go. They screwed up the order. The kid that waited on us barely spoke English. His "Manager " couldn't speak English either. They finally got my sons order correct. I didn't even bother trying to order. They couldn't/ wouldn't take my order. Will not visit this location again..

Can't complain. It's fast food Mexican style and fried chicken. Tastes good and fills you up. Workers are always nice. Comfy inside.

They’re always so rude, the quality of the food is just disappointing, and they always try closing super early. If you’re not there by like 10:30pm-11pm they won’t serve you. The customer service absolutely sucks. The workers definitely don’t deserve more than an hourly wage of $12. If I could give negative or zero stars I would. Pulled up to this Taco Bell on a Saturday afternoon to find the doors to the dining room, restrooms, and counter order area locked bit the drive thru was still open. The line to the drive thru was very long. While waiting, I noticed quite a few customers park and try to go inside, many of them were senior citizens. They got back in their cars and drive away disappointed while we co tried to wait in the drive thru line.

Better than Chipotle in my opinion. Greatest value. Chicken Chipotle burrito toasted. The new chicken Enchilada burritos. The regular soft tacos, Free Doritos tacos on Tuesday. C'mon. Taco Bell "have it your way".

I genuinely have never experienced worse customer service/ food service in my life. As someone who works in two separate food service establishments I am well versed in what it should and should not be. The woman working there was unbelievably condescending when SHE messed up my order. We realized that the order was incorrect and went back through politely asking if we could get what we had actually ordered. They never gave us a receipt or even offered which is the number one rule of food service. If you are not going to offer or provide a receipt you need to be willing to accept that the customer is right. The entire staff proceeded to crowd around the window and yell at me telling me that I was incorrect as if I didn't know what I wanted. They tried to charge me a second time without a refund on my first order AFTER they took the first meal back, essentially trying to charge me for two orders, one of which I could not actually keep. I ended up having to leave without a refund after being yelled at so much by the woman who made my food that I could not deal with her anymore. Honestly I don't know how you could be this terrible at food service.

Worst experience. They had it that the store closes at 10 it but the doors were locked by 9:30 but got in through the side door but they sent us back unserved !
