Had lunch with the kiddo and everything was delicious! I got the B.L.A.I salad with chicken salad, so fresh and the homemade blue cheese dressing was amazing! The parmesan fries with cherry pepper dipping sauce gets 2 thumbs up! My son got chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, he loved it all! Erika was our server who was excellent! My kid must have asked her a million questions and told her about his whole life, she listened and was so engaged. Great experience we will definitely be back!

Small cafe so you might want to go during off peak times to get a seat. Had to ask for water 3 times, and pancakes & toast were brought without syrup or jam. Wrong toast was brought but wait staff quickly offered to correct the error. Pancakes lacked much flavor. The atmosphere was quaint, with a small town feel. Overall, it was ok. Serving sizes were generous.

I just walked in excited to try breakfast here. I didnt know it existed, and have been looking for a local place for my daily breakfast. Right on the front door is a pride flag sticker. I absolutely won't spend a dollar at any place that decides to promote this type of insane ideology. So it might have been a good place to eat, but I'll never know now. Good luck with your business

We are summer residents in BV. Don’t know how these guys get good reviews. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been disappointed. Today was no exception. Terrible pumpkin muffin - cold dough, dense as a brick. I guess I should just let this place go!

I wish BV could get a true scratch bakery. Will have to keep driving over to Hyannis….

One of the best places we ate at the Cape! The atmosphere was cozy and the food was delicious (the corned beef hash omg), our server was so sweet too. I actually spotted it when we were going to a nearby cafe with a line out the door and we came back the next day to try Buttercup. Perfect final place to have breakfast!

Fantastic and busy breakfast and lunch restaurant on scenic Rte 6A in Barnstable Village across from the Courthouse! I had the avocado benedict and my bff had the french toast breakfast sandwich. I got a turkey club w/ their homemade chips as take for my husband who loved it. The chips are incredible. Super friendly owner and staff who work their butts off. Samir was our awesome server! All the food is freshly made to order with the best ingredients. Highly recommend!!

Get a grilled cruffin!! Food was excellent. Service was great. The lost stars are from the long haired cook who wasn’t wearing a hat and repeatedly touching his face before returning, unwashed, to food preparation. If you’re going to have an open kitchen your cooks need to understand that they’re part of the show and can tank an entire experience, like the long haired cook at buttercup who could use some coaching. Otherwise killer place.
