The Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar

Food was perfect and delicious. The service was perfect and amazing. Can’t say enough about our last dinner here in the Cape. Our waiter, whose name escapes me was leaving for the season, it was his last night, but he was the icing on the cake of a perfect week in the Cape.

Honestly the best food we have had in our week stay! Vukic was outstanding and the food was superb!! Definitely get the oishi oysters and the chocolate crème brûlée!!

The service was wonderful. The food and drinks were of good quality, although fairly average, nothing to rave about, but we were throughly content and pleased with everything we ordered. We sat outside and were able to have our dog with us which is always a bonus for us.

I hope the night we dined at the Naked oyster is not representative of the experience that can be had there. It all started with the hostess telling us over the phone that there will be a table for 4 at 7. When we came at 7 she instead put us us on the waitlist and instructed to return in 30 minutes. We didn’t complain much although there was an empty table outside
exactly for 4 ppl. She sat us outside at 7:30 next to the same empty table that was available 30 mins earlier. We didn’t get menus for some time because they were out of menus. When the food was ordered whatever was ordered to arrive first didn’t arrive until everything else, and that was not due to waiter’s fault, he apologized many times, it’s clear there was some kind of delay in the kitchen (judging by how pale the Citrus Chicken Scaloppini was when it was finally delivered they might not have known how to cook it properly). Greens in my salad were swimming in dressing. Bouillabaisse turned out to be not a soup but a bit of seafood with a tablespoon of sauce on the bottom. Oysters were good. Parmesan risotto was excellent.

Kid-friendliness: No kids menu. They seem to struggle with non-seafood items.

I especially appreciated ⭐Damier⭐ our server who was very attentive and delivered everything we asked for.

All our meals were excellent. Serving sizes are large enough to be satisfied yet not so big that you will have leftovers. The atmosphere is appealing with unique features like pottery tableware and beautiful glassware. Service was overall good but a tad slow and difficult to hear due to background noise. We all left happy!

Was hoping to go back today but they’re CLOSED! :( Their oyster with green apple mignonette, and their fresh cooked salmon, were so memorable for us. Would highly recommend this gem of a spot for excellent seafood and vibes!

To get someone to answer the phone to get a reservation is kind impossible
Walked in to get a table and I explained the situation apparently they didn’t like it and they seemed not happy with it
Overall not friendly and the lady on the phone had an attitude

Shockingly mediocre. The lobster pasta smelled of boiled onions - the lobster was boiled in onions till almost inedible and dumped on overcooked angel hair pasta with boiled peas. Literally the weirdest way murder such a delicate flavor. The tuna tatake was so bland that it was almost impossible to recognize tuna. Everything else was equally bland and overpriced. The vibe was nothing to write home about, the staff was nice but maniacally busy. Maybe this place used to be good but certainly not now

Delicious food and service! The chef served us our dinner and recommended a perfect wine to complement the dish! Our server was attentive and answered all of our questions. We will definitely return.

Hade the stuffed haddock and it was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever had. I definitely recommend, I give it an A++
