The food was great, the service was helpful, however they had so many people literally standing around doing absolutely nothing it was kinda astonishing, even though it wasn’t that busy, in a restaurant there is always something to do… refills were non-existent, and if it weren’t for the food this would of gotten a lower score. Overall I’d say go somewhere else since there are so many better places to eat around here.

Average at best. Food is kind of basic and not worth the money you have to pay. Server was a tad pushy and at the same point never around. Had to seek out someone to get more salad dressing for my wife’s chop salad. Server also came right as food showed up to ask how it was, tried to take my plate before I was finished and took forever to bring us our check. Server was just sitting inside playing on her phone and vaping. Had to ask the bartender for our check.

We walked by Torino Restaurant on a sunny Friday, and the live music caught our attention. We stopped to ask if there was a table for two with our puppy. The hostess told us a table was available but that dogs were not allowed inside. My husband decided to stay just outside the fence with our puppy while I took a table right next to him. My husband’s drink was in a cup (not a bottle or can) and he leaned over into the restaurant patio to drink it… which didn’t seem to be of any concern to the serving staff (who knew my husband was standing on the other side of the fence with the puppy).
A few minutes after our drinks arrived, a dark-haired woman who seemed to be the manager came over and very loudly yelled at my husband to put his beer on the table, saying he wasn’t allowed to drink it if he wasn’t sitting at the table. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, loud enough that people around us and staff in the area were extremely uncomfortable.
We were both shocked by the disrespectful way we were treated. Instead of enjoying the atmosphere and being treated as valued customers we felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. We decided to leave and paid for our drinks, even though we hadn’t even finished half.
I truly hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training in customer service to this lady who clearly has no customer service skills. Guests should never be treated with such rudeness.

Service was awful and slow, had to ask multiple times for water. Food was not great, would not recommend this restaurant. Listen to other reviews and avoid. Had to then pay 20% gratuity, when we were ignored for most of our meal and food was below average for the expensive prices. Pasta dish in picture was 39 USD

Went there last night with friends and honestly, the food and drinks were amazing, the pizza was the best I’ve ever had in my life! Our server Toygun was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and attentive, he really made the night even better. Big shoutout also to the bartender Erxhan who was great as well. Hands down the best patio and restaurant on Main Street in Hyannis!

Kindest staff that remember you and treat you like a friend. Most of their food is great but a few things I wouldn’t order again, since they didn’t agree with me. That is likely due to my own dietary issues, not Torino’s food.
The staff, especially the usual outside crew, (Angie, Alex, Airjohn, Aneil etc [I apologize for spelling mistakes]) are wonderful and kind. Regardless of if it is a packed Friday night or a random Tuesday afternoon, they always take the time to check in and make sure you have everything you need.
I always feel comfortable and safe there. During the nightclub, I’ve seen a few issues and a bouncer was already immediately on top of it. It has always been a safe LGBTQ place as well as somewhere that feels safe for everyone, unlike some other establishments on main street (one in particular, from my perspective).
I have always felt comfortable being myself and always feel welcome and safe.
I highly recommend Torino’s for a nightlife spot on main street. I’ve been to a few and have never stayed long due to the safety and atmosphere. I have always ended up at Torino’s in the end.
Thank you for creating a safe and welcoming environment! My only suggestion is being open all year round!!!! 💜

There are certain restaurants we will always go to (Old Yarmouth Inn, Ocean House) and then there is this one, which we will never go to again. They served our entrees before the soup. When we pointed this out and my husband wanted to cancel his soup order, they said they’d have to cancel all of our soup orders since they can’t cancel just one. Why not cancel all four and then resubmit three? Why not ask the manager to see how they can accommodate this request? Our waitress was horrendous. Never asked us if we wanted a drink refill. Never asked how the food was or if we’d like dessert. We still tipped 15% and even that I thought was way too generous. For a $200 meal, you’d expect better service and having our soups before the entrees. No one tried to make it right. Will never go here again.
