Walked in at 4 pm ish. ( 2 days after Labor Day )No one ( host/hostess) there to greet us. As we walk in a waitress asked us if we were dining inside or outside. We said inside. She said just sit anywhere. Sat down , she brought menus . Saw her again 15 minutes later. We are the only ones in the restaurant. Literally no one else in the dining room. No drink order, no can I get you some apps. Almost just left. But , ordered drinks and 2 pizzas. Few minutes for drinks. 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. Pizza was fair. Nothing special for wood fired. As I was eating my food I glance over to look at the cook/ person making the pizzas. The cooking area has an open area in the back , so everyone can watch the person making the pizzas. The person standing there is eating a sandwich with no gloves on (fingers touching their mouth) while they are on their phone texting. All from the pizza making/ cooking area. Then the person, using a knife, sticks it into a container in front of them and sticks the piece of food/ vegetable into their mouth. Then puts the knife back down on the counter. Then goes back to texting on their phone. All from the pizza prep and cook area. Ok, so I ask the waitress for more large napkins. She forgets, ask again, she brings over some. Drops them on the floor, picks them up and give them to us. While I’m 3 feet away watching her. At this point. We just want to leave . Pay the bill . On the way see a gentleman sitting outside at the host/hostess table. Ask if he’s the manager. He was. Explain everything. He apologized and said he would address the issues right away. I explained to him I know it’s 2 days after Labor Day and things slowed down . But if you can’t manage an almost empty restaurant. How can you manage a full one? I hope they figure it out . The manager seemed like a nice person. Start by retraining your staff. Especially when they are in open view of your customers. Good luck to them.

On a fine Friday night on 09/09/2023 I had an experience where one of the bartenders (a female) showed me a middle finger because I asked her a simple question “Hey what time do you guys close?”The only reason I could think of why this might have happened (even after tipping her for the first and second round of drink) is because of my skin color!! I am brown person and was the only brown person in the whole room(based on what I could see). I dont know what else could have triggered this kind of pathetic and confine situation at this place. So my experience is if you are a person of color, they aint treating you the same way! 8 years of my stay in Massachusetts, first time a bartender has been this rude to me at this very place! I feel absolutely pathetic after visiting this place

Food & drinks come in a timely manner but I’m disappointed what can I say just a bunch of creeps will approach your female party lack of respect towards adults not family friendly so don’t bring children. Will give it another chance but the wife refuses to go back but If you do choose to dine please be aware of your loved ones may be taking advantage of. Takeout would be your best option.

Only passable thing was the garlic bread.We sat at the bar and ordered takeout and it took almost 5 minutes to even get a menu despite there only being about 3 other people there. Bartender was more focused on drinking behind the bar and chatting up a clearly overserved woman.Don't even go in to the prices. The fact it was 14 bucks for a shot of bar vodka? $30 for the bolognese and it was about 4 bites?I've spent $100 at a lot of places and been disappointed, but this is the one I'm actually upset about.Parking: Not a ton of spots right outside, but easy enough to find a spot and walk a block or twoWheelchair accessibility: Easy access with tables outside, didn't go inside.

Arosa is so inappropriate & such a rude waiter. Over priced & such awful service. Never felt so disrespected & forced to eat a pizza we didn't order? All the staff talking & whispering about our party. Wouldn't recommend, ruined our vibe for the night FYI..

I'd recommend the other restaurants before coming here to be honest, They get you with the patio thinking it will be a welcoming time. It's not. The portions are ridiculous. A handful of nothing for 15-19 bucks. (Better off getting a full meal from McDonald's for not even half the price! Lol!) And the staff all hangs out at the bar and eat instead of taking care of their tables Looks like they drink while on the job. Awful look

Fun to sit at the outside bar in the summer and people watch. The bartenders out there are top notch. Only a 3/5 stars though because they wanted 25 dollars cash cover at 9pm when we wanted to stop by for a quick post dinner drink on the way home. The place was so empty that the bartenders were making eye contact with us at the gate because they had nothing going on. I definitely prefer the atmosphere in the daytime, but can see why the party crowd likes it for late night
$20 cover is a joke especially at 12am when we have less than an hour until close. First time & last time for us it looked like a nice place but the greedy cover just to get in said enough. We choose to go elsewhere.

Place is the hottest of garbage. Served our meals at different times. Totally forgot a meal. Brought out one meal twice that we didn't order. Forgot our apps and said we never ordered them. This place was great! Our waitress was very tentative and made a great recommendation for a drink for my wife! They have Blue Moon on tap! That's always a plus!. Food was fresh and tasted wonderful!!Can't recommend enough!

Very nice place but we walked out and went elsewhere. Outside seating was busy, but after walking 8 mi that day we elected to sit inside. After many employees walked passed us, not ONE acknowledged our presence. We sat for 9 1/2 minutes, then kindly walked out. Sorry to say being on vacation for a limited time, there are many other restaurants for us to choose. Too bad this happened, was looking forward to eating here.
