The cafe was generally dirty and not well kept. My acai bowl came with Nutella which I did not order. However, overall it was fine. My partner ordered a sunrise sunset smoothie and it was extremely sour and turned his stomach. Staff were not the best. When I asked questions about ingredients, they just walked away and let the manager take over without telling me what was happening. The manager was helpful when we wanted a refund for the smoothie.

Absolutely amazing! Try Peanut butter paradise smoothie and add white chocolate, best thing ever, my fav place for smothie in the Cape by far. The açai is good.

I ordered a delivery online and spent $55 with my $5 reward, but I got burger king delivered instead, the dasher wouldn't answer, call tropical cafe they said I had to call uber it was out of their hands once it leaves the store, called uber they couldn't find my order, it wasn't even uber it was door dash so they directed me to the wrong place, called door dash after 30 minutes between all the phone calls they say they can't send a new delivery and I had to talk to tropical about a refund, that's crazy because they had told me to call the delivery service well tropical said they will put it through to their manager so let's see if it happens, I'll be so angry if $55 went in the trash I'll probably never order from them again after this unfortunately

One of the worst açaí bowls I’ve ever had. Fruit was old, mushy and had a weird taste from being stored too long. Granola was soft and looked like a crunched up natures valley bar that was left in the fridge and the acai was frozen. Very disappointing.

I was ordering a peanut butter cup and the waitress that was talking to me asked for my name, I gave it etc. when I started drinking out of the drink that had my name on it, it tasted like coffee so I asked “does this have caffeine in it” and she replied “yes it’s the mocha madness” keep in mind I didn’t order that. So I obviously said that wasn’t what I ordered and she questioned me and I said I ordered the peanut butter cup and she started rolling her eyes and angrily started making the second one. When she gave it to me she just slammed it on the counter and said “you’re welcome” rudely and then continued to walk away rolling her eyes. Absolutely terrible service and when I walked out of the store tasting the drink I thought was right, it tasted like pure water with a hint of peanut butter. It felt like she purposely made it terribly because she was angry. For a cafe that charges so much for smoothies, I feel like it should be WAY better quality. I don’t plan to be going again because of this terrible experience. My friends and family will know of this situation. I have never been served so terribly. I do NOT recommend getting smoothies from there. Her name was “Janiyah B” it was printed on my receipt that was sticked onto the cup.
