One of the worst açaí bowls I’ve ever had. Fruit was old, mushy and had a weird taste from being stored too long. Granola was soft and looked like a crunched up natures valley bar that was left in the fridge and the acai was frozen. Very disappointing.

I was ordering a peanut butter cup and the waitress that was talking to me asked for my name, I gave it etc. when I started drinking out of the drink that had my name on it, it tasted like coffee so I asked “does this have caffeine in it” and she replied “yes it’s the mocha madness” keep in mind I didn’t order that. So I obviously said that wasn’t what I ordered and she questioned me and I said I ordered the peanut butter cup and she started rolling her eyes and angrily started making the second one. When she gave it to me she just slammed it on the counter and said “you’re welcome” rudely and then continued to walk away rolling her eyes. Absolutely terrible service and when I walked out of the store tasting the drink I thought was right, it tasted like pure water with a hint of peanut butter. It felt like she purposely made it terribly because she was angry. For a cafe that charges so much for smoothies, I feel like it should be WAY better quality. I don’t plan to be going again because of this terrible experience. My friends and family will know of this situation. I have never been served so terribly. I do NOT recommend getting smoothies from there. Her name was “Janiyah B” it was printed on my receipt that was sticked onto the cup.

I always go at noon to buy but there is always a man who takes my order, a white man with blue eyes. I don't know if it's because I don't speak much English but he's not a good person. He never writes what I ask for. I don't know if he does it to bother me but Yesterday I returned because it is the last straw that I have to eat whatever he wants if I make it very clear to him what I want and I am a daily customer of that place because I really like the food and the other workers are very good. just that man who is very bad

Customer service is almost nonexistent, except for the shorter older woman that’s usually at the register, she’s very sweet. The teenagers (majority of the employees) make you feel uncomfortable when you walk in, do not greet you and are pretty rude. Smoothies are hit and miss at this location. Almost half the time they taste like blended ice and the other half of the time they’re delicious. Thumbs up today thankfully! Depends on the employee I guess.

Went in with the T-Mobile coupon last night, 30 minutes prior to closing. The girl manning the register was not happy to see me. She repaid me by making the blandest tasting 24oz "smoothie" - the thing tasted worse than any dollar slushie you could get at 7-Eleven, a watery embarrassment of a drink. It's pathetic when people hate their job this much. I can only hope their regular smoothies are better than this, but I won't be back to find out.
