Customer service is almost nonexistent, except for the shorter older woman that’s usually at the register, she’s very sweet. The teenagers (majority of the employees) make you feel uncomfortable when you walk in, do not greet you and are pretty rude. Smoothies are hit and miss at this location. Almost half the time they taste like blended ice and the other half of the time they’re delicious. Thumbs up today thankfully! Depends on the employee I guess.

Went in with the T-Mobile coupon last night, 30 minutes prior to closing. The girl manning the register was not happy to see me. She repaid me by making the blandest tasting 24oz "smoothie" - the thing tasted worse than any dollar slushie you could get at 7-Eleven, a watery embarrassment of a drink. It's pathetic when people hate their job this much. I can only hope their regular smoothies are better than this, but I won't be back to find out.

I have never had a good experience here, and this last time will definitely be my last.Since I'm handicapped, I ordered a Smoothie and chicken sandwich to be brought out curbside. Made sure they had all of the right info on my car. And then proceeded to sit and sit in my car, in one of the handicap spots. Ten minutes after my order was to be brought out, I managed to make my way indoors to be told they no longer do curbside service. Then why is it an option in the app? Why don't they have a sign posted saying so?What's even worse, I was handed my now cooling chicken sandwich. And that's it. I had to ask where my Smoothie was. I was told they'd get it ready. This was now about a half hour after I had placed my order!I had to wait another ten minutes to get my Smoothie! And when it was handed to me, the side was dripping and messy.So by the time I got home, my chicken sandwich was cold. Never again. Never, ever again.Update: I got very sick from eating that chicken sandwich. Very, very sick. I'd recommend that you don't eat cooked foods here.Next Update: management contacted me and apologized profusely. They also refunded what I had paid for that order, so perhaps I will try them again.

Great food, great smoothies! The service is good most of the time though Matt follows the recipes before the customers requests. Some polishing to do but could be the best!

Best smoothie place around only downfall is the constant rotating staff so your favorite smoothly might taste slightly different day to day depending on who you get

Smoothies are ok but the service is terrible. Could’ve been better if the stuff could smile a lil more and be helpful. The Latina girl is so rude and talks right about u in front of u that customer isn’t right… well honey customer is always right!

My daughter and two of her friends walked into Tropical Smoothie at 8:50pm tonight in Barnstable. The worker told them they are closed. My daughter stated online it said they closed at 9pm. The worker then stated "Your really going to kill me and make me do this right now!" I understand they were closing in 10 minutes, even if they didn't want to make the smoothies, she didn't have to be so rude. Hopefully, management will help improve their customer service.

Used to come here all the time when I worked in Hyannis. I enjoyed their acai smoothies and the sandwiches were delicious.

Very tasty smoothies! Lots of choices. They have a good setup for online ordering and pickup. It is very expensive though. To be fair, most smoothie places are and the smoothies are very big!

There is a young lady that works here and an older lady that have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with honestly really sad love the food and smoothies here but just can’t with the immaturity and negative attitude of the workers
