I placed an order online to be picked up that included 3 Frosty tags. When I arrived, I still had a very long wait in the drive through lane. Why do we have to pay extra for this??
Then, when I got home and looked at the cards, only two of them actually had Frosty tags! Since the whole ordeal took about an hour, I wasn't about to go back.
Plus, the food here is just okay. It’s definitely nothing to write home about, and I personally prefer the Taco Bell that’s very close by.

The food is very good, but the service is terrible. I tried to place an order at the drive-thru today, and the employee didn't understand the order and didn't even bother to try to understand it. Besides that, she was the rudest fast-food employee I've ever encountered; she seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Better than some wendys but charging for 54 cents for sweet and sour sauce is ridiculous. Already 12$+ for a combo.

These dudes started charging for sauce now. You get 1 free sauce with your combo but they never put the sauce in the bag and then they try to charge you for the sauce even though they didn't give you it in the 1st place. Then you have to get in a business negotiation with the drive thru to get the sauce. Also they only ask the 1st combo sauce then assume you want the same one for every combo even when you say different ones. Then they make you do a sauce swap to fix it. Just give me the sauce man I'm not paying for it.

Food was normal delicious wendys food but the thin young man with dark hair at the window was the rudest person I've ever come across at a fast food place. Crazy.
We had a mobile order and picked up in the drive through, he shoved my food at me and when I asked for an extra container he rolled his eyes, when he came back with it he almost threw it at me and slammed the window shut.

Asked for one second at the DT speaker box, the employee started giggling and then had 3 different employees yell hell at me within 10 seconds. said I needed a minute again, then not even 5 seconds later someone screamed “HELLO” and started laughing again. I drove off without ordering.

First time in a Wendy's.we don't have them in scotland, the food was excellent, the staff were terrific and the manager kept praising his staff throughout our visit .a far cry from mcdonalds!

Shitty service everytime I go there. And I order food off DoorDash from there was waiting for 2 hours just for them to tell the dasher they aren’t taking anymore orders.

Rush over there and back to CCH to get something to eat before you closed while my mother's sitting in the ER and finally getting a chance to eat it at 3:35 in the morning as we're leaving now that we know she being admitted only to discover half the food we ordered is missing. How difficult is it to read a receipt and make sure the 4 items listed are in a bag. Thanks for making a bad day just that more worse!!!
