Wendys is best fast food restaurant in my opinion. I've always encountered friendly service. Sometimes fries aren't fresh or hot, I kindly return them and ask for hot fries.

I was overcharged and told by the manager I "read the sign wrong."
I ordered 2 Biggie Bags posted on the menu for $6 each. At the window they said that'll be $15.xx. I said 'I ordered the $6 correct?" She said "yes, that'll be $15.xx." I paid and asked for a receipt which showed a charge of $7 each.
I pointed it out and the girl said "that's how much they cost." The manager leaned over from behind her and I told her "the menu says $6." She said "you must have read it wrong." I went and took the attached picture.
There can be heavy fines for charging a higher price than what is posted. The employee and the manager's poor attitude and mishandling of a $2 situation may cost the company a lot of money.
The manager and crew are exceptional! Consistently the friendliest and best Wendy's of all.

I understand that it's a fast-food restaurant chain, but "speeding up" customers as if you wanted to get rid of them as quickly as possible without paying attention to what each one really wants is beyond rude and inefficient. Another thing, false advertising, poverty and poorly served portions are absurd. ONE SLICE OF TOMATO in a sandwich combo #10, it's a joke, right? You pay for a meal and that's what you get. My purchase was made on 01/06/24, around 6 pm and unfortunately I didn't kept my receipt ??♀️I will no longer buy there. Please people if you don't feel like giving customers a decent service and food, stay home, go to the beach, enjoy your summer out there but don't go to work to delivery a poorly prepared meal to us.

My friends and I just stopped at this location for a quick bite on the way to the beach. We all remarked on how we haven’t had Wendy’s this good in a very long time (completely sober:) Whoever is running this place has the formula right! Thank you!
