Today I got a $6 meal deal + a wrap with avocado + a plastic knife. In the past, they never remember the knife. They were busy and asked me to pull up and wait which is fine I’ve worked at dunks before I get it. When I got my stuff I check to make sure the knife is there… it’s not :( I go back in to get it. I go to work. Get to work and realize the hash browns for my meal deal wasn’t in there😭😭😭 disappointed
Good Dunkin. We went in to place our order. It was a big order, when we left it didn't include all of items we purchased. We were to far away to go back. Check your orders before you leave and trust that everything will be there. We should have looked. The server who took our order, wasn't pleasant and that is definitely why I marked it's 4⭐ plus they also should be making sure the orders are correct as well.
