Best roast beef sandwich ever. The meat should be the star, in a roast beef sandwich. If it requires barbecue sauce to have flavor, it's...let's just say, of lesser quality. I ordered with mayo & onions, but asked for the barbecue sauce on the side, just in case.
Their beef did not need b-sauce. It was tender and flavorful. I bought it with the intention of saving some for later, but quickly gobbled it down, along with combo fries & onion rings (which were good too, but had nothing on the sandwich).
You go to a place like this for the food. It was well-let and had basic tables & chairs, nothing fancy. Staff were nice and attentive. I was there around 7:45 pm and was served quickly, though they were taking and making phone orders. Good selection of sodas.

Fast lunch choice. Excellent roast beef sandwiches. Service is fast even during lunch time. Subs, wraps salads ans sides. Chips and drinks available. Greek family owned sandwich & sub shop. Prefer to go meals here as limited seating Fyi -don't believe they have a rest room though

Great lunch. Greek salad combo with chicken and steak is a lunchtime go to. Gets busy at lunch time. Roast beef sandwiches are supposed to be great too

I have always loved hole in the wall restaurants. This one serves great roast beef quickly, and the place is filled with regulars. If you’re just stopping by in town, the large beef sandwich is a great ratio of beef to bun. Well done.

I’ll add stars to this if they ever fix their beefs. It’s a “house of roast beef” yet clearly don’t care about being known as a good beef spot, considering their Super is smaller than most good spots Junior, always has a lot of grey in it, and they skimp on the James River bbq.
When you go get the Souvlaki sub. Literally the greats sub ever made. Owners are awesome and friendly. Everything else on the menu is delicious as well. But get the Souvlaki sub
