I ordered a pizza for pickup over an hour in advance. When I got there, they gave me my order right away but, when I got home, it was the wrong pizza. Literally nothing about the pizza was right other than dough, sauce & cheese. I called them, they put me on hold and never came back TWICE. The 3rd time I finally got through and they apologized and offered to remake it but, when I told them that at this point my sick daughter had gone to bed so I couldn't leave and would need it...read full review
We ordered $50 worth of food and the driver forgot some chicken. The driver told us he would be right back with it and never came back. We called the store the first time and no one answered for 5 minutes. I hung up and called again. Finally someone answered the phone and I told him the issue. He then put me on hold for 10+ minutes and never picked back up. I got tired of waiting on hold for so long and gave up...still no chicken.
