This was our second visit and both times the food was AMAZING!!! Amy was our waitress and was attentive, friendly and super nice!!! The chef was very busy but still took a moment to check in with us. We travel here from Cape Cod and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Blue Fuji Bedford offers amazing, fresh, and delicious food at unbelievably low prices. The fancy rolls are a great choice, and the moo goo gi pan is highly recommended. One customer frequents the restaurant monthly for the Sashimi Deluxe platter and room temperature House saki. However, it's important to note that orders are only prepared upon arrival and online payments are not accepted.
