Dominos Bedford has a dedicated team who insure we got our correct order. Most importantly, the pizza arrived hot! The Parmesan Stuffed crust with mozzarella inside is a great addition to the menu. This new crust is fluffy and it even reheats well.
The sausage that is now being used on pizzas is an excellent improvement. It’s tender as meatloaf and not overly salty.
When there was a mistake with our order, the Bedford Dominos team offered great customer service.

I placed an order online a couple days in advance. Well the day comes for our delivery and our order is late. Come to find out the GPS sent my poor driver to the wrong address in the opposite direction of Hanscom AFB. The store ended up refunded me for my order. I eventually got my food not hot but it was warm. And gave me credit for a pizza in the future. Moral of my story, if you live on the military base, make sure you put that information in the order. This was my first time ordering from here and I will order from here again. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews. I will say this is the first dominos I’ve ordered from that actually puts extra cheese on the pizza. I ordered on the app and picked up.
