I appreciate the workers here they are always going above and beyond - Enes delivered an order recently and was so kind - yes human error happens and items can be misplaced or forgotten - but he was so kind and willing to help to make it right. The website was easy to use to place my order; I was able to track my food order from prep to bake and when the driver was driving to my house I was able to see his location real time.
There is no option to add your driver's tip on the website so if you're kind enough to tip your delivery driver make sure you have a little cash available.
I am also a person who prefers to use cash to pay for things like this and I was pleasantly surprised that Dominos allows customers to bypass the online payment and pay the delivery driver for the food with cash upon arrival. Driver was friendly and polite, and pizza arrived super hot and fresh, it was delicious.

Ordered carry out. Arrived at the store they couldn't find my order, said I didn't order even though it displayed on the screen behind the registers. Delivery driver ended up grabbing our order and delivering it to someone else. The staff decided to stand around for a good 10 minutes staring at each other until I finally said how about you remake my order.

WARNING THIS IS A BAD RATING DUE TO ELDER ABUSE ON OCTOBER 7TH AT about 12pm......The individual was unwilling to help the elderly, blamed the technically declined, will not help or direct then will blame you for not knowing better....The current level of customer service does not know how to conduct good customer service for anyone especially the elderly.....Additionally the individual hung up on an elderly person who was confused on the prices and asked for a manager, then was told to call back with a better attitude...
