Kansai is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is great and attentive. The food is always quality, and always plated well. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.
I would highly recommend this place for any and all events and celebrations.
Kansai is definitely my new favorite restaurant to eat at. They have a lot of sushi and hot food items to choose from and the sushi is actually fresh. The sushi chefs are very entertaining and their food presentation is also amazing. My favorite drink from their bar is the shinobu :)

We tried Kansai for the first time after moving to Belchertown last month and we were so impressed! We were excited to find out that this is the sister restaurant to our favorite sushi restaurant Kisara in Easthampton! We sat at the bar, and we were served by the bartender Michelle, who was great! The service was fantastic. The sushi was crisp, fresh, and beautifully prepared! The drinks were amazing. We may have a new favorite sushi restaurant! We will definitely be returning soon & can’t wait to bring others here!!!

Really happy to find this new spot in Belchertown! The sushi combo was good and Kimchi Ramen even better. Would be more likely to come back regularly if the acoustics could be fixed. Noise in the room really carries even when it’s not packed. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

This place is a hidden gem in the center of belchertown. Went with my husband and I got to say it was the finest sushi around this area of western ma. The server Mario was outstanding. It was so clean and friendly staff. We are definitely going back now that we found this hidden gem
Food is great. Service is horrible. We have been here multiple times. Today in particular there is one server for the whole place and we waited for 30 minutes before going and complaining to get some service.
Edited to add that the bartender ended up taking care of us and she was absolutely wonderful and attentive while doing her bartender job.

i got take out. sushi was good (salmon avocado roll), dumplings were not what i'm used to but not bad, however i wasn't a fan of the sauce that comes with them. i assume everything would have been better if i dined in. i'm only disappointed because i got a stomach ache less than an hour after eating my food, and it's the next morning and i'm still not feeling well. I was up all night going back and fourth to the bathroom. it's been about 12 hours since i ate and i'm considering taking the day off work because my stomach is still a wreck. i eat sushi & dumplings all the time from other places, it's my go to order, and i have never gotten a stomach ache like this.

Greeted right away. Comfortable seating, not crowded. Big open space. Very clean. Employees are very attentive, friendly and know the menu. Bibimbop was delicious. Blue Samuri drink very tasty. We'll be going back back. It's nice to have a nice restaurant in our own town!
