If I could give this place a negitive I would Dakota is by far the worst manager possible does not have any customer service working in the food industry as a general manager my whole life he definitely should not be upholding the name for his company as a franchise you should be ashamed of yourself Come to mcdonalds get a meal that comes with a drink . Because the resturaunts drink machine is down thats the customers fault no accommodation the customer instead of up charge them for a lemonade that cost .5 cents and then made to wait for food for a half hour I would like to speak to someone higher than Dakota

This place is so horrible. They always get orders wrong. All the staff are horribly mannered, except for one lady with purple hair. The only reason I’m leaving this review right now is because I literally just ordered a BACON Mc crispy and just got no bacon. Pfft, this place is horrible

I ordered through the app paid and then my husband went to pick it up and they had no record of the order... of course I my email verified I had ordered but he had to pay again in store... I have called several times to speak to someone only to find a full voicemail and no one answers

Decided to use the app to order lunch. I ordered and paid. Went to McDonald's and picked curbside pick up. Message i was there. Said in working on order and will be brought out to you soon. Waiting 30minutes people came and went My order kept saying it will be ready soon. Finally went in and my food was sitting in the pick up thing. I was going to talk to someone and they were all in the back. Took my cold food and left

Aug 2nd 4pm an employee was sweeping off tables with the same broom he was sweeping the floor with . In my 64 years ive never witnessed something so discusting in a restaurant .

Not only did I get charged for 6 burgers but received only 5, the burgers I did get had so much salt and pepper mix on them as to be inedible.
I used the drive-thru to order, as I often do after my 2 hour commute from work, and did not check my bag before I left. Now I know better.
The consistent intensity of salt and pepper across 5 burgers really makes it feel intentional - like someone was having a laugh or a bad day. I've never been this dissed by a fast food chain before. I'll be going to Wendy's in Ludlow for my quick evening meals from now on. Sorry, Ronald.
