Decided to use the app to order lunch. I ordered and paid. Went to McDonald's and picked curbside pick up. Message i was there. Said in working on order and will be brought out to you soon. Waiting 30minutes people came and went My order kept saying it will be ready soon. Finally went in and my food was sitting in the pick up thing. I was going to talk to someone and they were all in the back. Took my cold food and left

Aug 2nd 4pm an employee was sweeping off tables with the same broom he was sweeping the floor with . In my 64 years ive never witnessed something so discusting in a restaurant .

Not only did I get charged for 6 burgers but received only 5, the burgers I did get had so much salt and pepper mix on them as to be inedible.
I used the drive-thru to order, as I often do after my 2 hour commute from work, and did not check my bag before I left. Now I know better.
The consistent intensity of salt and pepper across 5 burgers really makes it feel intentional - like someone was having a laugh or a bad day. I've never been this dissed by a fast food chain before. I'll be going to Wendy's in Ludlow for my quick evening meals from now on. Sorry, Ronald.

In drive thru at least 8 mins. 5 mins which was spent pull off to the side waiting for a mcchicken. The lady they had working the drive thru was slower than molasses which made it worse when I opened the bag a saw no fries. Then it was another 3+ min wait just for her to bring out that. This location always has been terrible. They need to clean house and get new employees. Or bring in a better restaurant.
Edit 2025: I can say this location has not changed and still sucks. I still get pulled up almost every week we come for bs reasons and have to wait 10-15mins for them to bring out my order. They still forget items in the order.
Incompetents staff. Took them 10 minutes before talking to me in the drive through, gave me cold fries and an incorrect sandwich.

I visited this McDonald’s a multiple times now with mixed experiences. I have been served food that was fresh and hot at this location in the past but that was not the case today. I ordered a sausage burrito and a hash brown for breakfast, and unfortunately, the hash brown was undercooked which gave it a moist and soggy texture, and the burrito was rock hard at the ends and it appeared to have sat out for quite some time after it was prepared. I had to tear the ends off to eat it. The drive-through line was backed up to the street at 8 AM so I went inside and was greeted and served as soon as I walked through the door. The employees have always been friendly, but the quality of the food is inconsistent.

I am consistently happy with this location. Food is always hot and food comes quickly. No lie, best McDonald's I've been too. Also, I overheard a manager today talking to one of the young kids working, asking if he could stay late. He was very nice and I like how appreciative of his employee he was. Often at places like this I see customers and even managers treating terms at their first jobs like crap and it drive me nuts. This guy was really good and so was the kid at the window. Their interaction was sweet to watch.
