I just got off work and I was hungry so I stopped by Chile's in Bellingham. Our Waiter Evan was amazing and super enthusiastically contagious and took care of us with no issues. Our food arrived within 5 minutes and Luke brought us our food and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a great experience like my girlfriend and myself!
We had an excellent experience with Gabby a few weeks ago. She was extremely friendly, and extremely good at her job. She took notice every time we were low on water, brought us everything we asked for, was funny, and an overall sweetheart. Me and my partner had come in on a whim looking to try the new chipotle mozzarella sticks. And they were excellent. We also got the pick 3 BBQ combo and it was top notch as well. We had a great time and a great meal. The experience repeat customers of us for sure!

Came here a couple months ago with a group of friends and it was a great time. The food was a lot better than expected! It was hot, and fresh. The service was extremely great! The waitress (sorry I forgot her name) was an absolute pleasure and made sure we had refills within a reasonable time, made sure to keep checking on us. She was absolutely amazing! One of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time! The drinks were great for the price!
To be honest, this isn't a restaurant that would be a tip pick for me. With that said, my friend and I wanted to give the "viral" mozzarella sticks a try and also order a few more things. To make it short and simple, we both got sick. I'm sorry but beware, and we will not be giving it a second chance.
