The food, service, and drinks (watered down) here are on the decline. They removed their original nachos and replaced them with inferior chicken and bacon nachos, but the worst part is they have a trivia game that is so loud you can't converse anywhere in the restaurant. There are too many better options nearby so do not waste your time and money here.

I asked for NO peppers in my fajitas. Waiter said she would ask but apparently it is all mixed together with onions. How hard is it to throw some onions on the grill? Too hard for the cook I guess. It came out with extra peppers and very few onions.

I want to share a serious allergy issue we had at Chili’s. My daughter has a severe egg and dairy allergy. We informed the server, who told us a hamburger or french fries would be safe and that they would avoid cross-contamination. When the food came, I caught that the bun was a brioche bun which contains both egg and milk. They brought just fries and assured us those were safe.
After leaving, my daughter’s lips and hands began swelling, and I had to take her to the ER. Clearly, the fries were not handled safely.
Yes, I understand the risks of bringing my child to restaurants — but we’ve been to plenty of restaurants in the last two years without a single issue. This should not have happened.

Everytime I come here it’s always a hit. Classic chilis out doing every chain Resturant still alive. No complaints. And server Matt was awesome. Attentive, great personality, and very respectful. Servers like him is what keeps people like me coming back 10/10 today!!
We arrived early and were seated promptly. Our server saved us a good amount of money by pointing out a special they were running that would allow us to place our order at a fraction of the regular price. My youngest got the sliders and noted how they served the perfect amount of fries with her meal. Highly recommend the Tex Mex bowl.
