“Yesterday, my wife’s friend ordered multiple pizzas. I was asked to pick it up was not told which friend ordered it or who’s number it was under. I believe the wonderful ladies name was Maria who offered to drive the pizza to my house to make up for not taking a name on the order. My interaction with the staff at famous Pizza changed my day. Their grace and compassion took a frustrating situation and turned it into the biggest smile. Thank you guys for making our day great yesterday.”

“I would share a photo but I ate all but 4 of the 12 truffles I bought already! I found Vivilicious at The Chocolate Expo in Rhode Island and being a truffle girl I had to try them. I bought two boxes of 6, one nutty and one chocolate lovers. I am floored with how delicious and creamy they are. The texture is perfect for how I enjoy my truffles and the taste is out of this world! There wasn't a flavor I did not enjoy!”

“Great local restaurant in Bellingham! I stopped in the other day for a quick dinner and wanted a mushroom pizza.

The cashiers were very friendly and knew some of their frequent customers by name. I liked that as it showed loyalty. They also have a large fridge with different drinks. A small pizza and bottle of Coke came out to $18. Not bad and it only took about 7 minutes to make.

The pizza itself is more Greek style but I liked how crispy the crust was. The toppings were great and the cheese tasted fresh. I’m not a huge fan of too much sauce but this sauce was savory and not too much which I appreciated.

I’d definitely stop by again to try other toppings or meals that they serve!”

“I was just in Bellingham trying to find food because I was hungry, came across the stop and shop pulled in looked to the left and saw this place. So I tried it out and been there a couple of times. The food is good, also has a bigger menu than anyone else. Stuff you don’t find in one place. I mean I ordered a lasagna from there it was good. It looks like pizza in a dish but it has lasagna in it. It tastes like a pizza and lasagna mixed. It was awesome. Definitely a repeat order. And the pastas actually look healthy than others and taste fresh. Not drenched in sauce like other places. Which is better. The sauce is the unhealthiest part of pasta meals, and too much sauce just makes me feel sick. I can’t stomach it. But some of these pastas, perfect.”

“I love the food but I will be picking it up from now on. I've had bad experiences with their delivery driver. He barely speaks English and is rude. He never has change so it's either he gets no tip or gets whatever the change is from the order. Plus he refuses to deliver to the door and I have to meet him outside when I've shown him how to get into the building. The food is always good and the only negative I have is their driver.”

“The staff was amazing and I didn't even mean to order from the Bellingham restaurant. I mistakenly placed an online order for the wrong town. I called to cancel the order and the staff instead kept the order in line and just transferred it themselves to the town we were in. They made things so easy and it was a Saturday evening. Excellent customer service!!!”

“Ho-ho-hopeful! There’s a new ice cream joint in town called The North Pole. Because nothing says “summer treat” quite like being reminded of subzero temperatures and forgotten Christmas decor. The name is about as original as a made-for-TV Christmas movie—and the life-sized Santa statue standing guard outside doesn’t exactly help break new ground. If you’ve ever wanted to be judged by a plastic Claus while licking a cone in July, your time has come. The parking lot is flanked by tiny trees—well, technically saplings. They’re trying their best, but unless you’re under 3 feet tall or a garden gnome, don’t count on shade. I guess the owners figured the North Pole isn’t known for towering oaks anyway (there is shade under an awning though, don’t fret). That said, the place does have good bones. The building has that classic small-town ice cream stand charm, the menu has potential, and there’s clearly effort being made behind the scenes. You can tell someone cares! On to the actual product: the whipped cream is clearly made in-house, which I applaud. It’s thick, creamy, and rich—basically one step away from butter. But somewhere in the process, they forgot the sugar. It’s like someone churned up a dairy masterpiece and then whispered “sweet” instead of actually making it sweet. A few spoonfuls of sugar and we’re in business! Now, for a special customer service moment. Our server—my sister—came outside, sat down, and casually helped herself to several bites of our ice cream. No apron, no warning, just grabbed a spoon like she owned the place (she doesn’t). You could call it inappropriate, but I call it sibling tax. As for the banana split: it arrived in the general shape of a banana split, but the toppings were in some kind of abstract interpretive dance. The chocolate syrup was poured over the vanilla scoop, the pineapple sauce ended up on the chocolate scoop, and no one even mentioned chopped nuts. I’m not allergic, so that omission stung. But alas, it was my sister avoiding the awkward situation where she asked if I wanted nuts. I get it. Also worth noting: the building used to be Sandy’s Ice Cream—the one famously shut down for running an illegal drug ring. Honestly? The splits were better back then. Sure, there may have been felonies involved, but at least they put the chocolate on the chocolate! In summary, The North Pole might cool you down, but it won’t blow you away. It’s festive, it’s local, and it’s fine if your expectations are low and your siblings bring their own spoons. I’m just being silly. Please go eat their ice cream and support the business. It’s because of faithful patrons like you that local businesses can thrive!”

“I’ve been going here for years and I’m always happy with my food here! I love how the menu changes and I always get to try something new and creative. This is definitely my favorite restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend their other locations as well for good eats.”

“Tavern in the Square is a great new addition to the Bellingham area.

It's is basically a sports bar with a huge bar area and TVs everywhere.

You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors.

The staff and waitresses were all very friendly.

They offer a wide variety of dining choices. We enjoyed the Fish and Chips and the General TSO's Chicken.

All were delicious.

They also offer a large variety of beers, wines, cocktails, and mocktails.

Definitely a great choice for lunch or dinner and drinks.”

“Visited this restaurant on May 7, 2025; stopped in a little bit after lunch to grab a quick something to eat on a whim. Katie was our server as well as bartender, was very friendly and professional… She knew her menu and we ordered the cheeseburger sliders from the appetizer menus and each had a New England Claim chowder in a bread bowl. That New England clam chowder had to be the best clam chowder I have had in 25+ years and I grew up in Massachusetts! I’m a very picky chowder lover… And this only needed a sprinkle of pepper. The proportions were amazing. The presentation was on point and the prices were reasonable. We got a sample of the beef stew, which I’m looking forward to having when I go back the next visit. Or perhaps the pot roast… There were several vegan and other meatless meals they offered. Everything tasted divine. Cheers for brilliant atmosphere ! Will be back soon 🇮🇪”

“I always find the staff at this DQ to be extremely friendly. I went to get an ice cream cake the other night, and when asked if I wanted something written on it, I said “feel better “. When I got to the window to pay, the 3 young ladies working told me that they hoped he felt better soon ! So sweet. Not only is the food and ice cream delicious, I left with caring wishes.”

“This is a North shore beef spot on the south shore!! The roast beef sandwiches are really good as well as the other sandwiches, subs and pizza. I grew up in Boston and lived on the north shore too, so I was very happy when I found this place. It is definitely a real deal good beef spot. If you have never had one you should swing by and grab a beef with sauce and find out what the hype is about.”
