“Table of two ordered the scallion pancakes, massaman curry, and drunken noodles both with tofu. Very impressive food, some of the best Thai I have had. I also appreciated my request for extra spice for the noodles (3 star vs 2) being heard, it was the perfect amount of feel good, tingly spice. The cook on the veggies, noodles, egg, and tofu receive high marks, nothing under or over cooked. The scallion pancakes were crispy, hot, and quite delicious. Highly recommended for the quality along with the value.”

“My father had seen a feature on Chronicle about The Beef Barn and how they had not raised their prices in the recent years, and we just had to try it. We actually drove fairly far to get to the Bellingham location, but it was extremely worth it. The food was really high quality, and the service was incredibly quick. I think they could easily charge $6-7 for each of these sandwiches and we'd still think it was a great deal, but the fact that they haven't raised their prices is all the more reason to keep coming back. Turkey Burger ($4.75) - I didn't actually order this, but both my mother and my partner got it and I ended up having a few bites. The actual thickness of the patty was quite substantial, and my mother actually had trouble finishing her portion because it was so large. The patty was juicy and had nice grill marks on it that tasted of being on the barbecue, and it was an extremely well made burger. Next time I stop by , I'm definitely making this - the meat was really well seasoned and the ratio of meat to veggies to bun was spot on! Fish Sandwich ($4.50) - This was probably the most average of the 3 sandwiches, but for $4.50, it was still an excellent piece of fish with some nice veggies on a bun. The fish itself was a chunk of fish (not ground up like fish sticks), and it was nice and crispy. It was also large enough to cover the whole bun so can't complain here. Roast Beef ($4.75) - This was by far the highlight of the evening - the roast beef sandwich is absolutely to die for. The meat was so incredibly beefy - it tasted like actual beef instead of processed lunch meat, and it was so thin and soft that you didn't even have to chew it very much. Honestly, I think I would be able to eat this with just my gums. The meat was melt in your mouth delicious and tender, and the 3 oz. feels like enough to fill the whole sandwich, which was something we were worried about at first. I truly can't believe how delicious the meat was, and the roll was nice and fluffy as well. I would get this every day if I lived closer, and the price can't be beat. All in all, this is a stunning 5/5 stars. All of the sandwiches were great, and the price is amazing. We were able to feed 4 people for just around $30 and all of us were stuffed at the end of the meal. And not only that, the ingredients are incredibly fresh and flavorful. This is a gem of a find - definitely stop by if you are in the area (and make the trip if you are not!)”

“This was my first time in. I had been to get my nails done and the girls at the salon had these beautiful drinks so of course they told me where to get one. I was so excited...when I got in the girls there were so friendly and helped me navigate the menu. I finally decided on prickly pear margarita. YUM.I was so impressed with the service and how professional and knowledgeable the staff is about there products.I also signed up for a rewards card that they have, and with getting my nails done every two weeks will be back before ya know it! “Great food at a reasonable price. Every time I go there there’s a turtle in a Tupperware container right behind the counter. I’m not sure if it’s consistently the same turtle without fail a turtle. Now I’m not sure if it’s a pet or food but either way it’s definitely a turn off. I would like to free the turtle one of these ”

“Tonight I went on a date with my boyfriend and the night was perfect. The atmosphere was very nice with the live music. Our waiter Andrew C. was amazing, attentive, and helpful with picking out delicious meals. The food and drinks were excellent. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better night. “Went there today got a great tuna sub. The girl that I made it was very nice and friendly. But I could not tip her because there is no longer a place to tip her on my card. I felt bad because I had no cash on me. Please bring back the tip button so us patrons can tip the people workering please and thank you”
