“Obviously love Starbucks. But this location definitely has the most inconsistencies out of any Starbucks I've been to. Either watered down coffee or way too much milk. My old Hopkinton location was on point. Milford even does a better job.”

“We really like these cookies. Some flavors more than others. Only problem we have had is that I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled pickup for that evening. When I arrived at the store, 45 minutes away, they were sold out and the store was closed. I had already paid for my order in advance about 10 hours earlier that day. I had to call the manager the next day for a refund. I understand that they had unexpected sales. But if you paid in advance, the order should have been put aside. Despite the situation, the employee and manager were nice and I received my refund.”
