Crumbl is a great cookie place in many opinions. They don’t run out of flavors as much as other Crumbl’s and are relatively speedy. However, they are very popular and can be very busy, which can slow down service. Customers can see employees cleaning as they work and replacing their gloves often, which makes people feel comfortable to eat the products. The cookies are made fresh when ordered and are always warmed to perfection. The Dubai cookie is a favorite, and the service can be amazing, super attentive and fast. The cookies are huge, really good, and a lot better than expected, though a little expensive. The store is small, and when busy, it can feel claustrophobic. Some customers have had issues with online orders not being put aside after payment, leading to a sold-out situation and a refund. Despite this, the employee and manager were nice. The semi sweet cookie is recommended if available.
