“My experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken was one of the best restaurant visits I have ever had, and a huge reason for that was an employee named Brady. From the moment I walked through the door, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It is rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys helping customers, but Brady made that obvious from the very beginning. His positive attitude created a great first impression and made the entire visit enjoyable.

As I looked over the menu, Brady was patient and happy to answer my questions. He explained the different spice levels, recommended some of the most popular items, and made sure I understood what I was ordering. He never rushed me or acted annoyed, even though the restaurant was busy. Instead, he stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time. That level of customer service is something every restaurant should strive for because it makes customers feel valued and appreciated.

After placing my order, I noticed Brady continued treating every customer with the same level of kindness and respect. He greeted everyone with a smile, kept the line moving efficiently, and remained upbeat even during the busiest moments. It was clear that he takes pride in his job and genuinely wants every guest to have a great experience. Watching him work showed how much of a positive impact one employee can have on the atmosphere of a restaurant.

When my food arrived, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. Brady made sure everything was correct before handing it to me and even asked if I needed anything else. That extra attention to detail showed he cared about making sure customers left satisfied. Small actions like that may seem simple, but they leave a lasting impression and encourage people to come back again.

Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken because of Brady. His friendliness, professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service made my visit memorable from start to finish. Employees like Brady represent a business in the best possible way and show how important a positive attitude can be. I would gladly recommend this location to my friends and family, and I look forward to returning. Brady deserves recognition for the effort he puts into making every customer feel welcome and ensuring they leave with a smile.

Very beautifully decorated. can have my date night here. every thing was good, just the service was bit slow as there were only one server and 2 very large dinning was there. they needs to appoint more staff. that's it. rest every thing is absolutely perfect.”

“So happy the Red Wing is back! Made the trek from Newton/Dedham and wasn’t disappointed! Food still tastes the same and I’m happy the steak & cheese sub is back (it was removed off the former menu). My gf loved the beer battered mushrooms and the chicken pot pie egg rolls. Her mom loves the clams. We will def be back!”

Such an amazing spot in Norwood and now they are even expanding to more locations. If you have a chance to stop by, I couldn’t recommend it more.”

“We had a nice meal here after attending a college graduation. Upon entering (no wait), we were brought to a booth but I noticed the carpet was littered and dirty. The restrooms weren't the best, either. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen, but I hoped for the best. I insoected the silverware and they were good, so full steam ahead.

Hubs ordered the ribeye (excellently prepared) and I ordered the chicken tenders. The salads were delicious, as were the baked potatoes. The only issue was my tenders...super salty. I think they were over-seasoned.

Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Longhorn's always provides a favorable experience. This location just needs some TLC, and a lighter hand on the seasoning.”

“I attended a training seminar at a local hotel in Franklin and the host ordered a bunch of pizzas. Everyone raved about the pizza so much so the hosts let everyone know it was from Central Pizza. The pizza slices were huge and the ingredients were delicious. They also had delicious options like mac & cheese pizza. Highly recommend.”

“Kinda quaint, with wooden cafe feel as opposed to the cold vinyl booth vibe you get at many restaurants. The Tom Yum and Tom Garr soups are tasty and filling. Hostesses (I think are the owners) are friendly. Haven't tried too many other dishes, as we like the soups, but the ones we tried were all very good. Parking and location are all super easy, as it's in a outdoor plaza type location right off of Rte 495. Next door in the same plaza is a decent variety of stores, restaurants, groceries, banking etc.”

“Ordered the combination meal 12A was the generals chicken, pork fried rice crab Rangoon with chicken wings you can substitute if you like, the food was overall very tasty and fresh the chicken wings were hot and delicious crab Rangoon were ok not my favorite but definitely recommend they have plenty of options!!!”

“I have been craving nachos, so I asked my Franklin facebook group who makes the best ones around. Raillery got the most mentions, so I tried them out. Oh my goodness! These were the best nachos I’ve ever had. Loaded with toppings through and through, and there was so much, I took half of it home. I may try some of the other places people mentioned, but this will be a very tough act to follow. We always enjoy our meals there, and now there’s one more reason to visit again!”

“Every Sunday I pick up one of the Sunday Specials at the Franklin Chateau. Always have one or two specials to choose from. I have never been disappointed with everything from the pasta dishes to the fish.
