“High marks for resolving an oder mix-up. Ordered a LG pizza for take out. Arrived and paid as it wasn't quite ready. Manager came out and explained pizza was being remade as mistakenly kitchen made a small. Went to wait outside. Per Manager direction, the front service person came out and fully refunded the amount I paid. Thank you! Front service person came back out with not only the LG pizza I originally ordered but also with the small. Totally had zero expectations for any of that to happen. Mistakes happen and it wasn't the end of the world for me with having to wait a few more minutes for my order. I am very appreciative of the actions taken to resolve what I considered a minor inconvenience.“

Their panini are prepared with the freshest of imported ingredients (prosciutto, mozzarella, basil, etc), They also offer hot subs, freshly made Arancini rice balls, mini sfogliatelle, and homemade focaccia. In addition, they sell a wide range of imported Italian snacks, cookies, drinks, and condiments (many of which you can usually only find in Boston). Food was great, but since I was working the stage as DJ, I had mine to go. Packaged well. Large dance floor, and acoustics of the room worked very well. “We went on a Sunday at 5p. The restaurant had a few dining parties, but not full. The atmosphere was very nice; a bit upscale, but not formal. It was not loud so you could hear the conversation at the table. The service was friendly and attentive, but not rushed. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with a shared appetizer of Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread which everyone enjoyed. I had the Lobster Ravioli which is what I get when it is available, so I have had this dish in a number of different restaurants. Pat's was the best that I have had. The restaurant has limited hours of operation, so I highly recommend making reservations so that you are sure to be seated. It is well worth it! Abbondanza!“

It’s a small, intimate spot that’s always clean, with a friendly staff that makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The bread is fresh from local bakeries, and everything tastes like it was carefully selected with real intention. “I am a frequent customer of this location, eat 2-3 days a week. used to love eating amato's as a kid best place to go to relive my childhood. Do have a problem with the young guy that works there twice now whenever he has had to make my sandwiches he has messed up. Refuse to order through doordash anymore and will only go in the store and order so I can watch him make my sandwiches. Not the sound rude but it's really not that hard to read Black ink on white paper on how to make a sandwich especially since I order the same thing every time I go in made the same way“

“Last week we had a rehearsal dinner in the banquet room. The room was ready for us upon arrival and we were greeted by the friendly staff. We had a buffet dinner that was excellent and the trays were replenished often. The staff was outstanding getting our drinks out in a timely manner and checking in often. Requests made throughout the night were handled right away. I would high recommend having your next event at this venue.

Came in with my husband before we got ice cream to grab some buffalo wings. Sooooooooo glad I did! Them suckers were so dang good make you wanna smack ya mama!
