They have quickly become our family’s go-to for quick takeout and the owners are seriously sweet people, supportive of the community.“

“Last week we had a rehearsal dinner in the banquet room. The room was ready for us upon arrival and we were greeted by the friendly staff. We had a buffet dinner that was excellent and the trays were replenished often. The staff was outstanding getting our drinks out in a timely manner and checking in often. Requests made throughout the night were handled right away. I would high recommend having your next event at this venue.

“I am a frequent customer of this location, eat 2-3 days a week. used to love eating amato's as a kid best place to go to relive my childhood. Do have a problem with the young guy that works there twice now whenever he has had to make my sandwiches he has messed up. Refuse to order through doordash anymore and will only go in the store and order so I can watch him make my sandwiches. Not the sound rude but it's really not that hard to read Black ink on white paper on how to make a sandwich especially since I order the same thing every time I go in made the same way“

“New to the area and had a hard time to find the right sub shop and a good roast beef! I’ve been here twice now and have been so impressed both times. The roast beef sandwiches are like the north shore(IYKYK) and the salads are so so good! They give you pita bread that tastes like pizza dough. So happy they are local.“

“Just did a wedding celebration there on Oct 5th, 2025. Have to make some comments. Facility was Immaculate. Staff was more 6 star than 5. Food was great, but since I was working the stage as DJ, I had mine to go. Packaged well. Large dance floor, and acoustics of the room worked very well. I was absolutely pleased with my purchase the other week (A buffalo chicken calzone w/ bacon) as it was SUPER delicious! A superb first purchase. The dough was phenomenal and the ingredients within the calzone were tasty. Taste and quality wise, this is probably one of, if not, my favorite local calzones around now... Quantity-wise for it's price point, in respect to other places I've gotten take out from, it could be a little larger/heavier! It is a long style of calzone, not wide or round... But taste-wise, Marinho's absolutely takes the crown for me! The dough is what really made this calzone great, as well as all the ingredients within. I recommend giving it a shot, and I may just have to try out their pizza next.“

“We had an issue with Grub Hub, and ended up having the restaurant cancel the order (ordered large but they only had the small dough at the time, which I didn’t think would feed the family, they were very obliging in canceling) we ordered from Papa Gino’s which was more money, and honestly not great, my son (ASD and ARFID) didn’t like it and refused to eat because it was cold. Rocco’s then delivered a large caramelized onion, and gave it to us for free (we owe you a double tip next time, my husband forgot in the confusion). My son immediately dove in eating the onions off the piece and the rest of the piece of pizza. You have made a customer out of us. Not only because of the excellent customer service but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes as well, due to the reviews.“

“High marks for resolving an oder mix-up. Ordered a LG pizza for take out. Arrived and paid as it wasn't quite ready. Manager came out and explained pizza was being remade as mistakenly kitchen made a small. Went to wait outside. Per Manager direction, the front service person came out and fully refunded the amount I paid. Thank you! Front service person came back out with not only the LG pizza I originally ordered but also with the small. Totally had zero expectations for any of that to happen. Mistakes happen and it wasn't the end of the world for me with having to wait a few more minutes for my order. I am very appreciative of the actions taken to resolve what I considered a minor inconvenience.“

The grease is kept under control, even on pepperoni pizzas, the middle (where grease can tend to pool) isn’t soggy. The sauce and cheese is good but nothing exceptional. The bartender got in the weeds and first the general manager came to help, she hopped on service bar so he could take care of bar guests, clean up( there were stacks of dishes everywhere) but the 4 stars come in when the service manager came to help!
