“I attended a training seminar at a local hotel in Franklin and the host ordered a bunch of pizzas. Everyone raved about the pizza so much so the hosts let everyone know it was from Central Pizza. The pizza slices were huge and the ingredients were delicious. They also had delicious options like mac & cheese pizza. Highly recommend.“

“Usually, I would rate it five stars, but the restaurant didn't cook my calzone long enough. This experience was the first time they ever dropped the ball. We have ordered from this location over 100 times, so perhaps someone was having an "off day." I can live with that. None of us are perfect“

“I just left Papagino’s and I felt like I had to take a moment to recognize the staff. I don’t know anyone’s names but I want to give everyone working today a huge shoutout and tell them to keep up the great work! It was extremely busy in there and I witnessed customers being very rude while the staff were clearly working under a lot of pressure. Despite that they continued to remain professional, positive and respectful. That takes patience and a lot of composure, especially when people aren’t treating you with the same respect you’re giving them. I feel like employees deserve recognition for how they handle situations like that because people are quick to complain but don’t always take the time to acknowledge the good. To everyone working today, you’re doing a great job and I hope management recognizes the hard work you put in. Keep it up!“
